ALEX was AMAZING! It was my first time scuba diving and he made it so easy. i felt completely safe and prepared. - Alex✨ was super amazing. I was a little bit scared to scuba dive the first time. But he made my experience so safe and easy. It only took a short amount of time to learn and he walked us through everything thoroughly. The actual dive was amazing and stunning. We saw underwater, reefs and museums. And he made me fall in love with scuba diving. I recommend alex✨ and this company to anyone..

Excellent day - We enjoy the diving so much. Instructor has good time control and is helpful even we has no experience and did not know what to do. The pool training helped a lot even the water was super cold.
The diving in underwater museum was so fun. We saw turtle, sting ray, fishes and big eel.
Just one thing i would like to mention. The description said we need to pay total 50usd extra for reef area admission and the wetsuit rental. But finally they charged me 1000mxd for admission and also 200 for wetsuit rental. TBH, tours in this mexico trip always had money issue. I feel they really want our money.

Great First-Time Scuba Experience! - Our scuba instructor couldn't make it the day of. However, Arthur took overband did a fantastic job! He kept it simple and made sure we were prepared, before transitioning from pool to ocean. He's a great instructor for first-time divers, like myself!

Great first experience - First time ever trying diving and was nervous to get it all right. Manuel was amazing. He was encouraging and patient. I felt 100% safe. Thanks for taking such great care of me :-) He also assisted my brother in becoming certified. He was very knowledgeable and had so many good tips from his years of experience

Warm welcome - Warm care by the instructor of Coconut divers with 20 minutes delay in the morning and staggered diving services in the afternoon: the boat that took us went to rescue another boat. Despite this inconvenience, swimming pool baptism (after very clear instructions) went very well for my husband (who had already dived younger) and our 17-year-old daughter (who was apprehensive following a failed swimming pool baptism years earlier). Reminder for me which is my level 1.
The departure by boat is from the mini port on the lagoon in front of the hotel so very convenient (with a small palanqué of another monitor).
Magnificent first very original dive on the MUSA and not bothered by the other palanqués because the site is very extensive.
2nd dive a little further on very fishy coral reefs.
A little disappointed that the instructor did not accompany us on this trip because he just turned around from time to time and especially that he did not manage my daughter who was not enough weight and that we could not stabilize downstairs with a residue of air in his vest. But she managed herself by blowing air from her lungs so acquired a beautiful autonomy from her first dive...

Perfectly Average. Friendly Staff. - Thanks to Ulysses, Karin, and Ricardo for a nice reef dive despite the winter monsoon. I'll be back in summertime with, hopefully, more sun and fishes.
Overall: a fine, low rent diving shop which safely led 11 uncertified divers to explore a reef and MUSA at <8m. The boat ride was cold, wet and rough. I'll try another shop next time, but would consider returning here, too.
With a 1000 arrival time, we started the intro video at 1050 after waiting for everyone to arrive and get fitted for gear.
The pool skills practice was thorough, but the pool was cold.
After the pool practice, everyone waited around with nothing to do for about 30 mins.
Next time I'd prefer an actual schedule or pre-agreed lunch break so we could leave and grab a bite.

Very disappointed - So I payed for 3 people and was very excited about this
But we got to the designated place they were not expecting us and cancelled my experience. I wasted my time and taxi money just to get frustrated with this and very disappointed. I payed for taxi each way on my own expense, obviously they didn’t care about anything. Very disappointing experience, but atlist I got my full refund for scuba. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Never showed up - We booked a dive with Coconut Divers through Viator, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. Coconut Divers never showed up for our scheduled dive, and we received no communication or explanation at the time.
We’re now having to go through the refund process because the service we paid for was never provided. While we booked through Viator, this experience reflects poorly on Coconut Divers’ reliability and communication. If you’re considering booking with them, be aware that this was our experience.

Not for 1st time Scuba Divers! - Its not for 1st time scuba divers!!! you get less than 10 mins in the pool for practicing scuba gears and less than 10 mins which they call in class training. Highly disappointed as I got a group to do this excursion and they it ruined their experience dur less to none enough information
