As a former professional surfer, my life has always been about the ocean, the waves, and the thrill of the ride. But every now and then, I find myself drawn to the land, to the culture and flavors that make each place unique. This time, my journey took me to Cancun, where I decided to dive into the world of tequila with the Tequila Tasting Master Class.

The moment I stepped into El Morro Modern Mexican Kitchen, I was greeted by the warm, inviting aroma of Mexican cuisine. The restaurant was a bit quiet, but that only added to the intimate feel of the experience. Yasmin, our tequila master, welcomed us with a smile that promised an unforgettable journey through the world of tequila.

Discovering the Art of Tequila

Yasmin’s passion for tequila was infectious. She began by explaining the rich history and intricate distilling process of this iconic Mexican spirit. Her knowledge was vast, and her enthusiasm made every detail come alive.
