Important Notes:

• A 1 and 2-hour yacht rental is a cruise along Cancun Bay with swimming in turquoise waters (weather permitting). It does not include a visit to Isla Mujeres or scuba diving.

• Tours may be canceled due to adverse weather conditions if access to the Caribbean Sea is restricted by the port captain of Cancun.

• 1, 2, and 3-hour tours will proceed if the Caribbean Sea is closed but weather conditions allow safe completion in Nichupte Lagoon.

• Feel free to bring food, alcohol, and snacks on board.

• Red wine, hookah, and fireworks are not allowed on the yacht.

• The service is considered complete once the vessel departs from the port. If the client chooses to end the rental early for reasons not caused by the charter provider, the service is still deemed fully rendered, and no refund will be issued.
