Transport Cancun to Akumal - We took transport from Cancun airport to our hotel in the corner of Akumal. We loved it! The ride was direct. We were a family of 4 adults and a 6 year old. I booked directly with TripAdvisor and received email confirmations. Someone was waiting for us with a sign and my name. Good Service!

Wonderful experience. - Rodas was amazing. He was there when our plane arrived 1 hour late and took us to Akumal. Our driver even stopped at the store for us on the way to the hotel.

Alejandro Rodas the best - Excellent service provided by the company and the driver Alejandro Rodas, he was knowledgeable and very talkative make you feel comfortable and let you choose the music you wanted to hear on the almost 1 hour ride to our hotel and also a quick stop on the way. I will use their services again in January, hope i can get Alejandro again.

Great driver - Great driver, found him in the big group of drivers with signs but had asked if there was anything that would help us find him (certain colored shirt etc) and wasn't answered in the Viator app. Took a bit to find him. Water after a long flight and 1.5 hour drive would've been nice but wasn't offered. Otherwise all was great and easy transaction.

Private transportation - It was extremely chaotic and difficult to find anyone holding a sign with our name. When we did, it was another 20 minutes before the driver arrived to pick us up. The driver did not speak a word to us for the entire trip. The whole point of private transportation is to avoid the chaos of taking the bus, but this was almost as stressful and did not get us there much faster. Not worth the money spent.
