Trip to Cancun and MTS - Experience was great. No issues at all. Our rep Mr. Fabian at the Hilton Mar Caribe was the best. He always kept in touch and was very helpful at all times.

Stressful but resolved - Joana Pina Trigo was a saint in a VERY STRESSFUL situation. Expedia screwed up hotel directions so we were driven 1 hour to the other side of Mexico… yes either way 2 young kids…. To realize the driver said it’s 2 hours the OTHER way …. Joana was quick to resolve the issue ( we had to obviously pay) but Joana was very kind and respectful and managed to handle everything for us during this very incredibly stressful time. The driver was super caring but couldn’t move until we paid… although I didn’t like that I understood.

Poor commute, good excursions - My transport from the airport to the resort was not pleasant. The driver mixed up the riders resorts and we back tracked multiple times. I have visited playa del carmen multiple times and the commute is typically about an hour. However it took over 2 hours to get to the resort. Once I got to the resort I was able to talk with Mario to get my shuttle back to the airport confirmed. He also sold us a great excursion with zip lining, at, and center.

MTS - can't recommend - We arranged transportation services through a travel agency for our airport-hotel transfers with Mexico Travel Solutions (MTS). Unfortunately, we encountered several challenges with the service. Upon our arrival, the driver mentioned that there had been a delay (about 30 min) and complained that it was due to insufficient tips, as if we were guilty; which we found utterly distasteful as we only wanted to enjoy our vacation.
For our return trip, although we had confirmed our reservation via email, the van did not show up after waiting for 50 minutes. Attempts to reach MTS for assistance were unsuccessful, as our calls went unanswered, and the chat support was not helpful. Additionally, we were informed that our contact was unavailable that day. As a result, we ultimately had to opt for a regular taxi. We have since requested a refund from the travel agency for the inconvenience experienced.

Bad care from Aracely Quevedo - The Transfers Van Service very well is what Isra occupied my clients but the one that is where the nefarious vans arrive and I report it as rude and high-handed turned my back when I asked her a question x second time! The Tourism Service is very nice but not everyone likes to work x it I report to Mrs. Aracely Quevedo for mistreatment hopefully they will give you a customer service training thanks

NO Refund. Added service was not provided. - Do not use this service, purchased added services from MTS which were not provided. Reached out to MTS directly and no refund was given even though they acknowledged that through their fault we did not receive our services. Stay away from MTS.

Unreliable - Awful experience, booked a trip to swim with turtles , driver did not turn up , had to call them to find out where they were , only to be told after one hour of waiting they had booked it for wrong day!, we also confirmed our airport travel with them however on the day of going home they also messed up the time , leaving us in panic mode and having to get our own transport booked to go to airport even though they had already been paid and agreed our time previously , again did not turn up !! .. totally unorganised and chaotic company in my opinion
, brought stress on our holiday , we will not use them again , awful

The biggest Disappointment!!! - I was informed that a driver would be waiting outside with my name, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I had to make several calls and ask around to locate my contact. Eventually, I encountered two individuals holding my name, and the second person arranged a taxi for me.
Sadly, that individual was extremely rude and unprofessional. My children and I were left waiting for nearly an hour in the heat before finally getting a ride to the hotel.
Due to this experience, I can not recommend this company. However, I would like to sincerely thank the driver who ultimately provided the service — your assistance was much appreciated. 🙏

Extremely unprofessional. If you’re flight gets delayed they will not change your time of pick up or give you money back - Extremely unprofessional. If your flight gets delayed they won’t pick you up or return your money. Stay away if you don’t want to get stranded by this company
