Important Notes:
- A 1 and 2-hour rental is a cruise along the Bay of Cancun with swimming in turquoise waters (weather permitting). It does not include a visit to Isla Mujeres or scuba diving.
- Tours may be canceled due to adverse weather if the port captain prohibits access to the Caribbean Sea.
- 1, 2, and 3-hour tours will proceed in Nichupte Lagoon if the Caribbean Sea is closed but weather conditions are safe.
- Bringing food, alcohol, and snacks on board is allowed.
- Red wine, hookah, and fireworks are prohibited.
- The service is considered complete once the vessel departs. If the client ends the rental early for reasons not caused by the provider, no refund will be issued.
