Didn’t meet expectations for a discerning traveler. Left waiting after arrival for 40+ minutes. - Weather played spoil sport, but it wasn’t unannounced. For a company that does hundreds of transfers everyday, they should have it figured out. Instead they rely on customers being accommodating. Not what I expect from a professional transfer outfit.

Lousy. - We hire an airport transfer service with this company. The night before we wrote to our agent, as no one had confirmed our transfer. Today at 9:00 a.m. the agent responds by asking if our departure was tomorrow 29/11, even though they already had our itinerary and flight schedules.
Finally, only at 12:00 am pickup to the airport is confirmed, but no one contacts us or communicates at any time. We were more than an hour in reception waiting for the vehicle. By writing to the agent again, the only solution he offered us was to request an Uber or a taxi on our own.
In addition, they showed us an unsigned “document” from reception where they allegedly indicated that they waited 15 minutes, which never happened.
In short, a very bad experience.

Rude and Ripped us off - Our flight was delayed 4 hours and they would not change the pickup time. They actually expected us to sit at the airport for 8 hours? We ended up taking an Uber and losing the money we paid for the transfer.
They were very rude on the phone and unwilling to try to help.

Would never use them again - We only used this joke of an outfit because we booked through Costco. The vans are rundown and feel like they're on their last legs. Shuttle back to the airport was 30 minutes late, which fortunately did not matter since there was not any traffic. However, it confirms that this is a poorly run company that is not reliable. When I checked with the bellmen if he had seen our van come through the gate yet, he told me that they are consistently 20-30 minutes late and have been known to not show up at all, forcing folks to scramble at the last minute to make their flight. Absolutely unacceptable when you're trying to get home at the end of your vacation.
Heed the warnings of others and look elsewhere. There are much better options in the Cancun area. I really hope Costco decides to change who they use for transportation soon.

Lousy Service - For the return my flight left at 9:10 am so the return must have been at 6 am as indicated, and on the day of return they did not arrive, I called and they told me that they had passed at 4am for me, when the schedule agreed was different, and they did not fulfill services, it was illogical that they passed 4am and never passed, it was just the peeeext not to pass, however in the call they behaved rude and still mocked.

Going from Cancun International Airport to The Pyramid (23/09) was OK
The return from The Pyramid to Cancun International Airport (30/09) - did not occur!!
On the date of 28/09 we went to the stand of BD Experience Transport which is located at The Pyramid and we confirmed the return which would be 10h30 on the 30/09 day. Responsible Matin confirmed and said we would receive a WhatsApp by the morning of the 30th with the confirmation. As this did not happen, we sent messages (which were not answered and neither the calls answered). As the reservation was made with an Enterprise "would be" like Decolar we were more calm and we were at the meeting point since 10h. When it was 11h we had to locate the responsible for the Enterprise BD Experience Transport, who said that nothing could do and said that the responsible person passed and we were not at the place. Being a lie, because we warned the managers of the hotel q we were there and they themselves informed that NINGUEM from the Enterprise came to pick us up. In short, when we missed our flight and had to refund US$35 (I have proof of the taxi). The Enterprise did not provide any kind of support and in a country to which we did not speak the language and are "protected by take-off", we went through a mess and almost missed our flight. There is no phone to make a complaint and we demand our money back!!!! take care and do not recommend to anyone. I will also open PROCON (I will leave the phone of bianca responsible for buying to have a negotiation or we will trigger our lawyers) personal absurd!!!!

Horrible customer service and company - Zero stars if I could.
Never was even able to book. Tried to reserve a private transfer and was emailed back that I would receive another email to confirm and pay. Never received an email and when I reached out to the company, they told me it expired and I couldn’t book. This place is a joke and not helpful whatsoever. I decided to book through Happy Shuttle Service instead. Highly recommend them!

Very careful with BD EXPERIENCE transfers - The young ELOY who supposedly represents BD Experience at the Riu Peninsula Cancun hotel, was comfortably absent on Sunday, June 1, 2025, leaving no one in charge and because of his fault I did not know the time of my transfer, besides the transfer operator CARLOS ENRIQUE DOMINGUEZ is extremely RUDE and DESPICABLE, they should choose their staff better.

Don't fall for their scam! - These guys are scammers. I wouldn't trust them with anything. They are hired by Costco Travel for transport services from airport to the hotel and back. Upon arrival I received a WhatsApp message from Jesus Jimenez who is stationed at the resort. He was responsive until he realized I am not signing up for any additional tours. After that, I had zero responses from him and needed to confirm my pick up time. The time they gave me was going to cut it really close to flight departure time. I was finally able to get a hold of someone on a LAN line from the hotel and found out they're actually planning to pick me up much earlier than I should leave. This was due to them having the wrong flight information. I tried to have them pick me up later so I don't have to be in the airport more than I need, but no one was willing to make this happen. The same people talked a family we met during our trip into going for a tour of the city. They stopped at a market along the way for tequila tasting and jewelry show that was not part of the deal and this family had to deal with pushy sales people for over an hour. They were told the tour is part of the Costco Package. I looked into it myself thinking maybe I missed something and it turns out that's BD's scam to lure people into going on a tour, but in reality they're stopping along the way to get people to buy things. If I'm traveling again with Costco and these guys are the transport company, I'm going a different route.

Untrustable service especially transfer to from Airport. Possible to miss flight. At least 30 minutes delay or no show up - Please don't trust this BD experience. We got this assigned by Costco travel for our Cancun, Mexico resort stay at Wyndham Grand. We booked for 8:30 am for 7 people with one 2 months old baby. They didn't show up until 9 pm. They didn't even pick up our line. So we booked Taxi paid 90$ to back to as airport otherwise we would have missed our flight. Please note that last year we visited Cancun using Costco booking. BD service was ok. But still they came late last year. Please avoid booking this people. Please recommend Costco to tie with any better companies.
