For your return pick-up, the driver will be waiting at the lobby or designated pick-up area according to your hotel’s policies. The driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. If there is no reply or contact, a missed transfer notification will be left with the bellboy or reception desk.
