Very good experience - The experience went quite well, from the reservation to the end. Staff quite professional, there were no delays and everything was well coordinated. The catamaran was also in excellent condition and did not carry a lot of people which makes the experience better. On the boat the crew is always attentive.

Great Catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres - Excellent trip. Lunch and beach were great! Open Bar on the boat was fantastic...cups never went dry. The crew was also fantastic.

Fun & cool snorkeling experience - The staff were very friendly and fun! The boat ride was definitely fun with the music and unlimited adult beverages and water for the kids! We enjoyed the snorkeling & seeing the underwater statues, even though the water was pretty “choppy.” The staff made sure safety came first. The stop in Isla Mujeres was nice, as we were able to shop! The first stop was a lunch buffet, which was a great spread, by a small beachy area, which helped, as the weather was just so hot! Don’t worry about pictures, as the staff took tons of pictures for you, for a cost.

Excellent service, my recommendation is that the snorkeling equipment be full mask for the case of children - Excellent service very attentive always with people and explain very well, only he check out time is very early, should be 4 pm

Isla mujeres great be carful at the port - Catamaran crew very good , port experience not that great, they charged us for the tax 25 each instead of 20 and then an extra 10 for each of us really didn’t understand the reason and I do speak English and Spanish. We were late because our chofer got a flat tire , it was not his fault and he was great but I did not have time to argue with the person at the port, it felt not right since you don’t get a receipt I felt the person at the port pocket 70 dollars

Nice trip - It was a good time but a very long day. I was told it was an English speaking tour and while they did tell us the important stuff (like safety and bathroom) we were not able to join in any conversations or enjoy the music (it was mostly all in Spanish). I understand that the majority of the people on the tour spoke Spanish (even though some of them spoke English) that was my only compain

Fun and relaxing time. - Took solo tour to Isle Mujeres. Alex and his team took care of all passengers offering drinks, playing a nice selection of music. Very professional team of people. Snorkeling was so much too bad not enough time. Lunch was just ok. Took a golf cart tour around the island and the rest of the time stayed at the local bar waiting for our ride back. We hit some waves on the way back but overall I enjoyed my trip and recommend to take this tour.

Boat tour - The crew was amazing but the island there was no time and 2nd Island was run down with absolutely nothing to do. The food was horrible and it was chicken, spaghetti, pizza, fruit, and fish no local cuisine.

Enormous lost time. - Enormous lost time. The boat staff was very friendly and helpful and the drinks were served all the time, but the tour was disappointing. We were picked up at 8am at the hotel in Playa del Carmen, we arrived at the port of Cancun at 9am, but the catamaran tour only started at 10:30. At first we did the dive activity (which lasted 15min) and then we went to Isla Mujeres. Upon arrival, we were indicated the closest beach to the harbour, but we were guided to the opposite side, as we should go to the meeting point, which to our surprise was in a jewellery (International Diamonds). After half an hour, we were released to follow up to the beach, but with a time of only 1h15 until our return to continue for lunch. Considering that we took 15min from the jewellery to the beach and the same time back, we only had 45min free to enjoy the beach. Upon returning, we waited for another 30 minutes and returned to the catamaran, from where we continued for a long journey to the restaurant, which was in a decadent water park and whose equipment could be used with a separate payment. The lunch was the worst of the whole trip to Mexico and, after some more waiting time, we returned to the boat for Cancun. We arrived at the harbor and waited for our transportation for more than an hour. After the arrival of the van, we waited for another half an hour for the arrival of a couple who came from another ride. We arrived at the hotel of Playa del Carmen after 20h, that is, it was a 12-hour tour of which we effectively enjoy 15min of diving and 45min on the beach of Isla Mujeres. Enormous lost time.
