The van was not in good... - The van was not in good condition you could not hear the driver talk the rear window was whistling so loud! Carlos was extremely nice his van however is much need of repair

Poor experience. Used to be a great option but things seem to have changed. - I have to say that I was very disappointed with my last experience with Etransfers. First off, I paid for the service in which they monitor flight information, when we got our luggage there was no one to be found from the company. I then had to reach out to them via Whatsapp and wait almost 30 min for someone to arrive. When they arrived it was a very small vehicle, I had paid for (4) passengers and this was more the size for (2) people. The size of the vehicle was similar on the return trip from the hotel to the airport. When I've used them previously they had nice large vans for the private transportation option. I will not be using their service in the future.

Paid for luxury. Got worse that economy! Avoid - We paid for a premium experience which did not materialise. A) long wait for driver . The guy kept disappearing and said ‘busy time of year’ but don’t accept bookings if you can’t support?! And others had waited longer, b) no water on board . Driver was good, overall I would avoid this service and use others

Do NOT use eTransfers! - I purchased a private transfer several weeks before our vacation from the Cancun airport to the ferry at Playa del Carmen. I responded to the email sent the day before and downloaded the What’s App they use. I used the number provided in their email to contact them as soon as we landed. Once we had our luggage, we proceeded outside and found the eTransfers representative standing in the designated spot. Unfortunately, he said there were about a dozen parties ahead of us waiting for rides in various places around Cancun and the company said they hadn’t heard from us yet. I told him I had contacted the company by What’s App as soon as we were in the terminal. I showed him the message and time stamp. He verified it was a company number. We planned to get to the ferry by 6. We we waited to hear back from the company. I continued to text through What’s App and didn’t get a reply. There was also another family waiting for their transfer with eTransfers and they had been waiting longer than we had. As time went by, we became very concerned that we might have to get a taxi so we would make the ferry. Finally, the representative heard back from the company and was told that I didn’t contact them to let them know we had arrived. (When booking eTransfers they asked for flight numbers, time of arrival, etc. so they did have an idea of when we would arrive. ) It ends up they use more than one number for What’s App and obviously don’t check both! I got the other number and let them know this was unacceptable and we had to catch the ferry. Shortly afterwards the driver showed up. He didn’t speak English at all. The airport representative did communicate to him where we needed to go and the driver did get us to the ferry on time. I will NEVER use eTransfers again. A taxi driver we visited with in case we had to book a taxi instead, said eTransfers frequently leaves people hanging at the airport. They book too many transfers for the number of drivers they have.

Driver didn’t show - Arrived at the Cancun airport about 20 minutes late. Had arranged for private transportation from Cancun to Playa del Carmen. Sent numerous messages to the company to keep them informed of our arrival and time to get through baggage and customs. There was no information on where to go. We finally found a guy who was totally stressed out and dealing with several people. Told us the driver was running late and would be there in 20. Well 20 goes by, and then it’s gonna be another 20. You see how this is going. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was given a number to call where I spent another 10 on hold until I hung up. We gave up and spent more money on a cab. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

We were unable to get in... - We were unable to get in contact with the local driver and contacted the corporate number however they were unable to get in contact with them either. We wound up having to secure other transportation to the airport on our day of departure. Fortunately we were issued a refund

Total scam!!! - We paid in advance. They didn't come looking for us at the airport!!! They didn't answer wasap or phone. We had to hire a private taxi and until now WE HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED.

THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY - They are unserious and do not give answer, very bad service, I have been asking for a refund for 3 months because the payment was made twice for a problem on the page, I have contacted them several times and nothing. AWFUL EXPERIENCE MULTIPLE TIMES! - DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL NOT SHOW UP. STRANDED MY FRIENDS AND DONT ANSWER THE PHONE This business didn’t show up on multiple occasions, leaving multiple members of my group stranded at the airport. They showed up an hour early of our confirmed pickup time the morning of our departure and then left. They do not answer the phone, do not confirm times, and are generally awful to deal with. Do yourself a favor and book a different company. If I could’ve given a negative rating, I would’ve.

Avoid this business - Scammers! This business should be shut down. Every single review that says ‘the driver didn’t show up’ is 100% accurate. Their MO is to get you to pay up front, offer great communication via WhatsApp prior to pick up and then ghost you. The driver doesn’t show up and the booking centre does not answer any calls. They will not refund you and refer you to their T&Cs which are non-existent. They are a law unto themselves. Have never dealt with such a bunch of shysters. Avoid!
