Cooking authentic mexican cuisine made easy with Chef Alberto - My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend this experience. Chef Alberto and assistant Lely (aka Mom) were welcoming, super friendly, and fully bilingual (we only speak English). Upon arrival we were greeted with hibiscus tea and then made tamales, green salsa, red salsa, pico de gallo, guacamole and tortillas all from scratch! Eating all our creations with a paloma cocktail (tequila, lime juice and grapefruit soda) was the perfect ending to the afternoon. There were lots of stories told and good laughter making the three hours fly by.

Highly Recommended cooking classes - An authentic experience cooking delicious Mexican recipes Alberto & Lili welcomed us into their home. Excellent instruction, we learned new techniques of food preparation. Entrees, salsas and tortillas made from scratch. Definitely worth the price!

Cancun cooking class - Great experience! The food we made was delicious. The class is held in the chef’s home which also gives a glimpse of how real people live in Cancun. Our hotel arranged transportation so we felt safe venturing out. I would highly recommend this class.

Great cooking class! - My husband and I had a wonderful experience in this cooking class! Alberto was friendly, helpful, and a great teacher. He and his mom were so warm and they really do want you to feel like guests in their home cooking with them. The food and drinks were delicious! I highly recommend booking this class.

So much fun! Best cooking class ever! - It was so much fun and so informative! We learned how to make salsa and guacamole and made slow cooked beef tacos. It was an amazing experience!
