Isla Majures is a must see!!! - Crazy awesome adventure provided by Trafic Tours out of the Ocean Riveria Paradise. Included catamaran with open bar, snorkeling on a reef between Isla Majures and Cancun. Dropped off on the island were we spent our time on one of the best beaches ever, swimming in the Carribean sea! On the way back the catamaran stopped for more swimming! Excellent trip highly recommended

Reliable and fun. - I gotta say, the crew was great and they ran a fun and on-time excursion. The boat was as advertised, lunch was good, and no shortage of drinks during the voyages. Snorkeling was better than I had expected.

Love!!!!! - Great experience from start to finish. When you first get n you aren’t sure due to the large amount of people crammed up on it. But the boys kept the drinks flowing and it was good vibes the whole trip. Despite being previous reviews.. lunch was delicious with many options (fish, chicken, pizza, black beans, rice, fruit, and drink at destination). Even my picky husband enjoy it. It was Better than the food at our all inclusive!! Will do it again for sure.

Nice day out on water - Great staff and snorkel location the last two stops felt a bit like an organized shopping trip in Mujeres and a small beach with little to do as the last stop service on board and Alvin and crew made up for stops

Nice beach..bad weather.. annoying tips - The weather wasn't warm..rather warm.. suspended snorkeling activity..it's very annoying the tip request..already in itself, the prices are high and those of the catamaran ask for a tip that should be greater than 200 Mexican pesos..and on top of that abuse with the prices of the souvenirs.

Legal tour, but not unavoidable - We did the catamaran tour with diving. I found the stop for snorkeling kind of messy, several groups at the point. Islam Women nothing more: medium beaches and a camel trade. Including a warning to DO NOT buy at the Pérola Negra establishment: they try to apply fees when paying “from nothing” because you do not complain or do not understand Spanish. And it is precisely the reference establishment of the Xcaret catamaran. Careful! Besides, the tour is very beautiful (especially the catamaran transfer through the blue seas of Cancún). It's worth the walk, but don't wait long.

We were sold a dream... tourist trap - We were sold a dream, but in reality the activity we had paid for was not up to what it had to be. In the package, catamaran tour bar open/all you can eat, we had to do a snorkel, then visit the underwater museum in isla Mujeres. The catamaran was to dock on the most beautiful beach on the island, which was to be one of the two most beautiful beaches in the world. A buffet all you can eat/drink was waiting for us with dj on site. The return trip was to be made with sunset over the ocean (departure scheduled accordingly at noon) to return to darkness. In fact, we took off from the dock at 12:45, we did about 30 minutes of snorkeling where we saw very few beautiful reefs and fish... it was even more stressful than relaxing with the guide screaming for people to follow him. Then before landing on the island, we were allowed to swim for 15 minutes off the coast. Arrival at the so-called most beautiful beach, it was rather a nauseating bay with almost standing water. Where, a buffet in the backyard of the buildings awaited us. It was more a leftover buffet because all the dishes were empty and in addition the buffet was embellished by the smell of toilets that were right next door. What about the staff who served us if they had little pleasure... with contempt even, as if we were nothing... to have a drink, you had to wait for them to come to your cafeteria table with plastic chair. If you wanted to go to the other bar/restaurant facilities it was all extra...Departure from this stop to forget towards port of the island. Arriving at the port of Isla Mujeres, you could rent a golf cart for 80$US on the boat to visit the island.... but in reality, the carts were rented for 40$CAN on the island directly. A flight for those who paid for it on board. Upon entering the island we send you to a jewelry store following the guide... all to write a number on your bracelet so that you don’t have to repay the Mexican tax... after the two hours on the island to circle in golf cart, or , to have a good meal like my wife and I made because we had not had dinner. We return to the catamaran when it is already dark for 1:30 already, so forget the sunset at sea on the catamaran... we returned at 21:00 at the wharf of playa Tortugas. On the plus side, the crew was nice. The consumption service on the boat was good. The crew name was Supercat 2 by Caribean Gold. A beautiful $200 lost.

Overrated experience - I booked the service with Soy Cancun tours. We leave in the Mainis boat with the guidance of Alejandro. The catamaran experience is cute, the atmosphere is familiar and quiet. The snorkeling activity was brief, we were a group of about fifty people touring a very small sector, you could not see anything, in fact the 'guide' did not give us directions only directives, I think he could have been kinder and tell us where the figures were for example. I came up and told him that I could not see more than the feet of the other tourists and laughed, it was very rude. The food at the beach club was fine, although I could not choose much as there was no variety or enough food turnover, nor dessert. Few waiters for so many people, horrible beach. In Isla Mujeres we stayed an hour and a half, there was no place to sit, crowded with people and buoys bounding very close to the shore since priority is given to boats rather than bathers. Impossible to appreciate the beauty of the place with so little time and so many crowds. Disillusioned.

MISSING IN TEQUILA! - We were on the walk, they take you to take tequila, the vendor of the shop DON TEQUILA E DON MEZC, (fat boy), WE MISLED! I SAID WE COULD CARRY 1 BOTTLE/PERSON IN THE HANDBAG! WE LOST TEQUILA SO WE GET IN THE AIRPORT! DO NOT BUY, SO MEDIANTE BAGGING! And the worst thing is that the tour manager didn't even warn! We could have had a drink at the hotel! By the way, don't buy anything before you search!
