I came to visit for the ATV, zip lining, and horseback riding! All the gentlemen were so nice. - The entire staff was amazing! From their people skills to the activities. I work in hospitality and you can tell they truly care. Amazing 10/10 will definitely be back with my family !

Great great fun fun love everything - This was my first time and we had fun it was my birthday and my first time doing zip lining and ATV it was awesome you guys did a great job and we are coming back next year thank you

A great experience! - A great experience. You could spend an entire day reading bad reviews, but in the end, it's just blah blah blah. In reality, if you read carefully what you're booking, you won't have any surprises or false expectations. I highly recommend it.

Fun at Cancun ATV jungle - Fun activities. Unfortunately it took about two hours just to get the pictures we ordered. It will be really helpful if there’s a website so visitors can order the pictures online. Thank you for your service.

Terrible service and experience. - You can’t take photos of your activities, they will take pictures of you and you can purchase them. One photo is $30 ( phones allowed )
Young children were paid for activities however they were not allowed to do some of the activities and we didn’t get a refund. ( sucks !)
They rushed us out of our activities. Just terrible service and bad experience. Never again.

The experience is great... - The experience is great to check off your bucket list. I enjoyed the activities, but it is so unorganized. We were able to complete everything but the park itself was unorganized. We waited long in the beginning and waited long for the next activity. I wouldn’t call them hidden fees but $5 for lockers $5 for insurance $25 natural conservation fee. So in all you’ll need an extra $30 for to actually enjoy the experience the way you want on top of what you will pay online. NEVER USE CARDS 16% charge included. People were great except one staff he was terrible but ADRIAN, JOSE, ANTONIO were great

Literal Tourist Trap - Tourist trap. Got ripped off, harassed everyone to buy pictures, literally picked us up and kept us there for hours. Charged 16% card fee and other “conservation fees” when I got there. Lame spot.

Not for young families. - Disappointed! disappointed! disappointed !
Went as a family of 4.
Once we got there they made us wait for over an hour to start the excursion.
The ATV was about 10 mins.
One of the excursion they denied my son from doing although he met the age requirement, they said no due to petite stature. So we both missed an excursion. They did not reimburse or offer anything while we waiting for other to finish that.
While at the cenote , we were there for about 15 mins before they told us to get out because they needed to do renovations/maintenance.
Our whole day was wasted waiting around and filled with disappointment.
I would not suggest this for families with children.
They did not allow phones or cameras due to safety. Hence we do not have images for prove of poor. Experience.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! - ***NOT RECOMMENDED***
We ended up at the wrong meeting spot because there were two hotels with the same name, which was only a 5-minute walk or a 3-minute drive from the correct location. Therefore, they canceled our tour! They would not work with us by picking us up; we even offered to take a taxi to the first meeting point. They seemed quick to punish us by ending the contract and taking our money. Our guide, Alberto, who only responded by text, did not care how far we traveled for this tour. There was no compassion from this company; they were just ready to punish us, cancel the contract, and take our money! We spoke with a few local tour guides out here and they also said that's not the way they do business, do not book with them!
