A great tour for sightseeing - I had a great experience on this tour. The tour itself was laid back and provided an opportunity to explore a cultural site, tequila tasting and shopping. It was a perfect day out of the resort for my mother, who really isn't into the more adventurous tours in Cancun. We were picked up on time. Our tour guide Olga was friendly and knowledgeable.

VIP treatment and a 5 star Tour! - What a great tour. Even though I went solo and was the only person on the tour it felt like it was a VIP experience. The tequila tasting and shopping and the museum and restaurant at the end was just amazing. Camila and Jesus done such a great job of showing me a little taste of cancun! Just be mindful of the lizards (big and small) that are everywhere at the museum, scared the living daylights out of me! 5 stars to a great tour!

Great experience - Olga was an amazing tour guide, she taught us so many things we never would have known otherwise! It was a lot of fun and Alejandro was a great driver as well. The main downsides were the prices of Mexico magico. The food and drinks were amazing but the souvenirs there were WAY over priced, like 50$ for a paid of flip flips overpriced. It was absolutely ridiculous. And if you book this tour bring bug spray for the mayan museum. I was not aware most of it was outside (which turned out to be the best part) but there is a lot of bugs and we did not come prepared for that. Other than that it was a great experience and absolutely worth the price!

Awesome - If you want to immerse yourself into the city of Cancún with authentic Mexican cuisine, Tequila tasting, museum viewing and a choice of taking photos in front of the bluest water you’ve ever seen, look no further! I wholeheartedly recommend this tour even if you’re solo as I was. Olga told me it was her first time hosting a tour and she did fairly well. Hector was also a great driver. I had a great time. 🤩

Amazing Trip - We had a great time. We were picked up from the hotel on time and we had a very nice and sweet guide. We took a photo in front of the letters of Cancun. The driver was very careful and I think this is an important detail for Mexico. Then we visited the Mayan Museum. For Resort vacation this museum is very satisfying. Afterwards we visited the Jewelry store and saw some great products. Their collection of diamonds, sapphires and rubies is very good and they had a lot of gold products and I bought a few pieces for myself. I don't drink tequila but my girlfriend participated in the tasting, it was very fun and satisfying. Afterwards we went to Mexico Magico, there was a great variety of cheap souvenirs and we had the chance to try some really great food. We highly recommend it.

Fun day trip - Tour was good - Alex and Olga were great - Olga was very knowledgeable. Only complaint was the museum should be swapped out for another option. Not much to see and kind of a waste of time

Feedback - I was looking for a 3-5 hr tour to get off the resort, learn about the area/history and go shopping. After a lot of searching, I decided to book this excursion the night before (I was aware the museum would be closed for my tour). Pros -- The communication was great. The morning of the excursion, I received an email from the tour operator with the van/bus license place number and arrival time. It ended up being a private excursion--no one else had booked. I didn't feel rushed or on others time. Cons -- The mall stop isn't really a mall in the traditional sense. It's a jewelry shop inside/next to a resort. Yes you can buy souvenirs but first you will get shown jewelry to potentially buy. Tips -- Please consider an alternative to the museum stop on Mondays (when museum is closed). Is there another historical stop or museum close by? If not, maybe allow more time for tourists to walk around at the beach/Cancun sign. It would also be great if the tour guide would narrate a little bit about the history of Cancun area, to and from tour spots. Overall, the tour operator and driver were very friendly. The tour was average, I just was expecting a little more when it comes to learning more about history.

Don’t be Fooled, please avoid!!!! - We booked this experience under the pretense we would see sights, go shopping around Mexico, and a tasting of something. Cool, WRONG! The entire experience was an operation to get you to purchase from their partners pushy sales ppl trying to make you buy necklace, rings, whatever to go on this so called “gift” which was the ugliest pendant ever. Our host was NOT knowledgeable and the only sight we went to was the Cancun sign. Which we were rushed from and I don’t understand because we were the ONLY two ppl on this “5 hour tour” that day. We did get to sample some tequilas, then quickly carted away to be shown designer sunglasses and handmade art. Which I was NOT interested in at all. The manager from the jewelry department below was very push and boarder line rude because we weren’t interested in purchasing jewelry. On to the next stop another tasting for Tacos .. this was decent and the staff there was pleasant enough, also pushy to have you purchase souvenirs from them that we just purchased from their other partners. I was totally disappointed and could’ve explored in my own and had a better time please avoid this tour you will regret going. A waste of my time and money.

Tourist trap - Tourist trap! We thought about having a cultural experience with a local guide. We were actually left to ourselves at every stop. In the shopping area, I felt pressured to buy, which was not fun. During transport, I was hoping to receive information about the city, but the guide was actually on her phone 75% of the time. That was not pleasant at all, and I would not recommend that excursion. Better to take the bus yourself.
