A good experience. Safe!! - Private transfer. The vans both arrival and airport return were extremely clean and comfortable for the 70-80 min ride. AC worked perfectly. Very courteous drivers both arrival and return to airport. Everything was on time with BD Experience from airport to Secrets Akumal. Drivers knew how to navigate the traffic well. We felt safe. Will share our positive experience with others. We would use BD Experience again. The guys at the kiosk outside of the airport were super nice and informative, a hard working group. We appreciated that.

Great experience - Hugo Lopez was great! We had our wedding at Dreams riviera Cancun and we rode with him to Secrets Akumal. Hugo was very friendly and punctual. He showed us everything thing we wanted to know as well as a bunch of other destinations along the way that he thought we may be interested in. He mentioned that we can request him for our ride back to the airport. He wants to hear all about our experience here. We are definitely gonna do that!

Fast, efficient and pleasant journey - A few minutes waiting for our vehicle on arrival. Once on board, we received excellent Service from Hugo Soto. He drove well and was very courteous. Unparalleled Service.

We had a good experience with them - Well, after reading so many bad reviews I was very worried, but I have to say that everything was great. No problem. We had a private transfer and when we got there the transportation was prepared for us and everything was great. I didn't give them 5 stars because I thought they would be waiting with the typical sign with the name and they weren't. There was an assistant from the company who told us where to go. The good things also have to be included.

Crappy communication - We were told that we were going to be picked up from our resort 6 hours prior to our flight. We tried reaching out to them all week to get the transfer moved to a later time. Finally on the last day we heard from them and we were told that it was too late to change the transfer time. The drivers were friendly and nice, but the communication with the company is truly awful and as a result we spent a lot of unnecessary time at the airport when we could have been enjoying our resort for a few extra hours. I would not recommend using this company for airport transfers.

Will not use this company again! - We booked round-trip transfer from Cancun Airport to Akumal through Costco Travel. The initial transfer to Akumal was clean, nice and on-time. However, things fell apart from there. Normally with other transfer companies (we have been to Cancun over 25 times) our return transfer is always handled by a representative at the Resort.) This trip we received a SINGLE text message advising us that the rep would only be available on campus for another 20 minutes (we were at the beach snorkeling and did not receive message on-time). We asked if we could meet another day - no reply. We went to the desk where rep was supposed to be and on 2 separate days they simply never showed up (we even went multiple times). We were forced to call the company to make transfer arrangements and were told the only available driver would pick us up 5.5h before our flight - non-negotiable. Our concierge tried to reason with them, but to no avail. We cancelled return trip and went with another company (AMSTAR) which was excellent! BD refused to reimburse us for return trip in spit of their failings on multiple levels. Fortunately Costco came through and reimbursed us for the inconvenience. I would avoid BD in the future and use AMSTAR or USA Transfer if you want reliable, friendly service in Q Roo.

Don’t trust BDX, find another company! - Don’t use this company!! I am in a taxi I had to pay over $200 extra for because this company left the hotel before our scheduled meeting time to transfer to the airport. I tired reaching out by WhatsApp they contracted me initially and phone number found on google and could not get through. TBD if we make our flight. I’m sure they aren’t going to reimburse me the cost of the taxi.

Not so good experience with BD experience!! - We booked a family vacation to Mexico and booked BD Experience for round trip transfer. I called the day before departure to confirm our pickup. The number on the booking confirmation was disconnected. I looked up their website and called about all the number under contact us section and all of them are disconnected. Since going there with my wife and little one, I was bit uneasy and called Expedia and told them about this and they even tried to reach them and got the same disconnected message. They refunded me and I booked happy shuttle and boy that was an amazing experience. They are prompt and even have 800 free US call number to call and confirm. I would use Happy Shuttle for all my future trips.
