Great. - Unforgettable the experience I lived in diamond 1 with the guide Ricky brandon miguel and Joshua helped me in snorkeling they attended me super well because I did not have much experience with swimming I recommend installation of the perfect restaurant beautiful the island and I could not forget my memories a professional photographer thanks 100% recommended !!!!!

Beautiful and fun experience - We spent a wonderful day aboard the Diamond 1 with Manolo and his team. They were very welcoming and kind to all guests of various nationalities present on the catamaran. During snorkerling, Manolo was very attentive and considerate to the whole group. Throughout the day there were unlimited drinks non-stop. Music to suit the tastes of all nationalities on board. Buffet for lunch satisfactory. We had so much fun dancing and singing together. It is one of the most beautiful and fun excursions we made during our stay in Mexico. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful - We spent the day of July 13 on the Diamond 2, it was a memorable day.
The excursion was only planned in English or Spanish but the crew members made the effort to speak to us in French to make themselves understood.
We did not lack anything and we felt safe.
I recommend this tour 100%

Funny experience, very nice crew. - We recommend the tour of the second shift, to watch the sunset on the catamaran, the captain, Fabian, Manolo, Ever, everyone do everything possible to have a great time.

Over the top service. - The whole experience was great - from Andres (and his grand daughter) recommending the tour, the crew of Diamond Bright 3 and Leo our driver from PDC. Everyone really wanted us to enjoy the tour and did everything possible to ensure that we had the best time possible.
Isla Mujeres is crazy busy. My wife and I were there 20 years ago and can’t believe how much it has changed. The island is beautiful but it is sure no longer a secret. Playa Norte is one of my favourite places on the planet. I just wish all these people would go away.
The snorkelling was cut short for us because of the 3 to 4 ft. waves. Be sure you are comfortable in heavy seas before you jump in.
Finally, the food and drinks were okay but not great. The frequent offers by the friendly crew to fill your glass made up for it.
In short, I would recommend the tour, if only so you can meet the great folks at Diamond Bright Tours.

Scam tour - We spent the whole day waiting on a boat and only had 40 minutes on the island including eating a terrible buffet. It was a waste of time and money and I regret spending my last day on this tour. We also didn’t get to snorkel or parasail. It felt like a scam as we spent a lot of money on this tour.
