I already left a review about my experience during the tour which was a memorable adventure and we had a fantastic time, thanks to Angel and his crew of fun and friendly pirates. However, I want to dedicate this review exclusively to Best Tours in Mexico's exceptional customer service and dedication to serve their clients. Here's my story. During the trip a few pictures were taken using the optional service they offer. I was left with some contact information to pay for the pics but things got a little shaky, ran out of time and next thing you know I was back in USA without my pictures. I called Best Tours and spoke to Mr. Gerardo Gonzalez. Gerardo, took care of my request as if it was his own problem: contacted the boat crew, found out the photographer's name, contacted his employer and they contacted me back through my WhatsApp. Now I have these amazingly beautiful pictures in my possession and all thanks to the professionalism and diligence of Best Tours in Mexico and its best employee: Gerardo Gonzalez. Great value, good time - I just wanted tp be out on the water for a couple of hours. This tour stays all day. It let’s you snorkel, shop, eat and explore. And the drinks keep coming. Definitely recommend.

Crowded catamaran - I do NOT recommend this catamaran. First of all, the name of the experience is misleading, it doesn’t go out from Playa del Carmen, a van takes you to Cancun which is far away. Second, the catamaran is very crowded, the max capacity is NOT 15 people, that is also misleading, they where probably more than 50 people. Also, the food of the buffet is horrible. The only positive thing is that the crew of the boat was very nice. However, I don’t recommend it at all.
