Great outing friendly staff. The reef is amazing for snorkeling, Gather gear when getting on boat to maximize reef time - Bring reef safe sunscreen. Grab life jacket and snorkel gear after loading boat to maximize reef time. It’s soooo beautiful

Great Experience - I was originally disappointed as the catamaran we boarded was not the one pictured and very small. However, Angelo and his crew were so attentive to individual needs that they made this an outstanding experience.

This was a full-day... - This was a full-day experience that included snorkeling, lunch at the Ice Bar, and shopping and beach time at Isla Mujeres. The only aspect I would change is the transportation. We spent over two hours in the van on the way there and almost two hours on the way back due to multiple pick-ups from the Riviera Maya to Cancun. Increasing the number of vans could help minimize travel time. Aside from that, the experience was very enjoyable. Favio and the crew were friendly, accommodating, and made the day enjoyable.

Good! - The staff 10/10 treatment, but the drinks were cocktails already prepared in jug, they did not taste good at all, beer was another option. The experience at the beach club, exquisite, as in Playa Norte (there the time to be there was very reduced). Consider that, in addition, they charge a MANDATORY tax for passing through the reef, even if you do not go snorkeling, we had bad weather and banned the activity, but you still pay the tax.

Would NOT recommend. Total scam! - Paid extra for transport from the resort to the marina. Dropped off at the wrong spot and had to walk across a long beach to get to the correct dock/boat. Return transport was late and took an hour to get back to the hotel. Would not let us use our oxybenzone free sunscreen. Made us buy another bottle of sunscreen. $30. Total scam! Lied about adult beverages included. No alcohol was added to the drinks. I saw the bartender mix the drinks first hand. Paid for them. The crew said the options were margaritas and rum punch. No tequila. No rum. Food was on a beach on Isle Mujeres. The food was cold and tasteless. The beach smelled like dead fish. Only bright spot? Views and snorkeling were good. I would not recommend this company’s catamaran sailings. Company - ALBATROSS.

Nano Golf Car - Everyone who works on the boat is friendly and pleasant. Recommended for young people who feel partying on the boat. But for those like me who want to see something new. I drove a golf cart for $60 an hour, and I saw nothing. Even at the end of the sea, entrance is required. I applied for snorkeling, but it was cancelled because of the wind. ♪

Missing: One Giant Catamaran - The giant catamaran did not exist, at least for us. We set sail on a much smaller one, with very limited seating - disappointing, when you booked the tour FOR the giant catamaran! The crew did their best, keeping drinks flowing and making a big effort to keep everyone happy. Lunch buffet was crowded and staff were having a hard time keeping enough cutlery and plates on hand. Food was okay, but the dessert selection was jello cubes and watermelon. I wasn’t offered a drink the entire time we ate - so much for the all you can drink hype. Would I book this again? Maybe, but with much lower expectations. It was a beautiful trip to a stunning place.

No security - Boat to crowded no life jacket for everyone. I upgraded for a better boat and service but at the end it wasn’t the case.

Do not recommend large cataraman day trip - I was very disappointed because I paid $125 for 6 hr experience,lots of empty promises!The buffet lunch was disap-disap- pointing, the " free exclusive" beach charged for chairs& towels, boat ride was pleasant, tranportion from hotel late .

Rushed, cheap and crowded. - Cheap, rushed, crowded with poor drink selection. The only thing worth mentioning is the location and the views. The island is definitely worth visiting but not with this kind of tour.
