Beautiful Views - We had so much fun on the water snorkeling and taking in the view. The crew was awesome! This is definitely a must do on your vacation!

Bang for your Buck - Highly recommended for price and value!! What a great time. We had Cassandra and his crew for the trip. Had a chance to eat on the island and shop for souvenirs. So much fun 😊

Eric is a great boy, there wasn't a single moment when we didn't feel comfortable and happy. - Excellent animation and Mood for everyone, eric and his team is highly recommended. It's our 2nd time in Cancun and this was the best

A Great and Must-do trip - The catamaran welcome and onboard hospitality on the trip, and the lunch was great. Had a bit of challenge with snorkelling, gave suggestions.
Full marks to the crew, especially Eric!
At least a couple of photos clicked, should be complimentary - and the balance on payment basis is fine.

Not great!! Make sure to read everything!!’ - First, when you get there be prepare to pay a fee of $48 per person on top of what you already paid, which they don’t tell you until the day before thru an email. Second, they were suppose to drop off us in the island for at least 2-3 hrs to enjoy the beach, shop around and food they only gave us 1 hour most of the time you spend on the boat for what I had a really bad sunburn.

Avoid STARBLUE at all costs if you want to enjoy the island. - This was my third trip to Isla Mujeres and the only bad experience I had had. Starting with pick up Transportation being late, We arrived at the check in a few minutes passed 10 (Make sure you take the dock fee in cash and in Mexican or they will overcharge you plus adding a 6% for using card and the terminal will charge an additional 9%) We decided to pay in cash but dollar.
My biggest issue came with the tour route. It was rushed and no time at all to unwind at the beach, Go around the island or even get a massage.
1st stop was for the buffet lunch they gave an hour (there was at least a 10 min walk to the place and back) given very little time to enjoy at this beach then we had to head back on the boat after about 25 mins there was a second stop which they only gave 1 hour! Again rushed we had to go across the street to get a bracelet into a giftshop and use the bathroom by the time we made it back to the beach it was only 20 mins to enjoy. They said there was another stop to enjoy the north of the beach and it was a lie the boat anchored for 10 mins for people to get in the water which was deep. Traveling with my kids and first time family visiting isla mujeres they were looking forward to the golf cart around the island enjoying a massage and peaceful time at the beach and none of this happened.
As from the staff The Bartender Oscar and the guide Uriel were awesome, very entertaining while on board. The captain not socially at all and only had a straight face when we asked about route and the short time to enjoy he didn’t even respond to us.
Whatever you do avoid StarBlue company.

its Fraud - do not book!!
we booked one day trip with transfer from hotal. got information shows pickup location is hotel lobby.
pickup time set for 11am, we waited at lobby and when at 11:30 transfer asked we walked out the hotel to meet with the driver. we required more information about driver and pickup vehicle information, did nfraud!t reply till 12pm.
and at 12pm we been told, driver had left as we did not meet with him!!!
we required refund got refused and ask for 350pes to reschedule the trip, but when we ask how to research no one reply after! never heard anything back since that.
its fraud! you paid for nothing!!
