Amazing full day experience on diamond catamaran - Carlos was a great crew member, he was very helpful especially on board the boat and during the snorkeling session. The entire experience was fun and we enjoyed our time on the diamond bright 2.

Highly recommend with some tips - Absolutely amazing team of people working on the boat, Rodrigo was absolutely hilarious!! The activities and intent of the trip are perfect for a full day adventure. My family and I felt safe and well taken care of the whole time. The only things I wish I knew were: 1) bring towels. 2) the $20 dock fee is per person 3)Expect and plan for a long stay at the lunch/beach portion. We ended up there for about 3 hours. The inclusive portion of the lunch is on for about an hour than we were on our own for the rest of the time. The price of alcoholic drinks to purchase was outrageous ($40 for 2 drinks) and since we weren’t ’renting’ cabanas or doing anything for the beach club we were at they ignored us, did not provide water or any type of service. Also their swimming area left alot to be desired. If the company reduced the time at the beach area or the beach club was more tourist friendly it would have been great. That aside the overall experience was amazing, I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family!!

50th birthday vacation - Great tour, friendly crew. Lots of fun. Loved the snorkeling but wish there were pics from the snorkeling part of the trip, especially for the cost of the pic package. The buffet was good but not much of a variety!

Excellent excursion to Isla Mujeres - Full-day excursion with good value for money. The schedule is kept and the crew is friendly. Several cocktails are offered from the start. The music is good and the guidelines are clear. The diving session was well supervised, with clean/well maintained equipment, but we saw few fish... The buffet at the Zaza beach club is honest and the site is very beautiful. Thanks to Mathias, Daniel, Angel and the rest of the Diamond bright team for their excellent work!

A Complete Waste of Time and Money - This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had among the many tours I’ve taken during my vacations. There were numerous unprofessional aspects, but the following stood out the most: - We were told it was a 7-hour tour starting at 12:00 PM and ending at 7:00 PM, but we didn’t return to the Cancun pier until 8:50 PM. This made us miss our dinner reservation. - Throughout the tour, there were no proper apologies or explanations for the delays. - The boat to pick us up at Isla Mujeres arrived 40 minutes late (it was supposed to come at 6:50 PM but finally showed up at 7:30 PM). We had to stand on the pier for 40 minutes waiting. - At the initial check-in at noon, we were made to wait on the pier for an hour before the boat even arrived. - More than 40 people were crammed into a relatively small boat. There were a few seats for about 12 people at the back, but most of us had to sit in the front, which was unstable due to the waves and often exposed us to splashes of water. Additionally, the blaring speakers made sitting in the front unbearable. - The toilets on board were separated by gender but were unhygienic, non-functional, and smelled terrible. - During the snorkeling session, we passed by the MUSA point, supposedly the main highlight, in about 30 seconds without even stopping. - The beach we stopped at along the way wasn’t particularly beautiful. - The advertised spinnaker activity wasn’t included, with no explanation as to why. Meanwhile, the Isla Mujeres city tour, which was said to last an hour, ended up taking two hours. - Despite providing such poor-quality service, they had the audacity to persistently demand tips. Overall, I strongly recommend against wasting a day of your Cancun trip on this tour or with this tour company.

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs - Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs I would strongly advise against booking with this company. Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. We were left stranded on the island, all because we were 20 seconds late walking up to the boat. Yes, 20 seconds! They could see us approaching on the boardwalk, and even our friends on board pleaded with them to wait, but they simply sailed off without us. There was no prior warning, no announcement to hurry, and no effort to communicate or accommodate us. We had to arrange our own transport back to Cancún. Thankfully, as locals who speak Spanish, we managed, but I shudder to think what would happen to a tourist unfamiliar with the area or the language. Their rigid adherence to the schedule over basic decency is appalling. This was supposed to be a catamaran sailing trip, but despite perfect wind conditions, the captain refused to use the sails. It felt like we were on a glorified motorboat tour instead of the unique sailing experience we were promised. The place where the boat stopped for food was actually quite fun, and it shows this trip could have been great. Unfortunately, the crew’s attitude and lack of professionalism ruined it. For example, during the snorkeling activity, my friend quickly changed into swimming trunks but was told he couldn’t join—even though others hadn’t even started swimming yet. (He joined anyway, but the lack of flexibility was strange.) They also made inappropriate comments about our friends, who are locals from Tulum, and discouraged trusting the friendly locals on the island, which I found offensive. The only positive thing I can say is that the bartender kept the drinks flowing. However, the poor management and cold, unwelcoming crew make it impossible to recommend this company. Save yourself the stress and choose a company that respects its customers and embraces the local culture. This one certainly doesn’t. Picture is boat that left without us and as you can see no sails.
