Bask in the sun and feel the breeze as you sail to the reef, where you can snorkel (weather permitting) and marvel at the vibrant array of fish. Afterwards, you’ll be taken to our Private Beach Club, where you can savor a buffet lunch and unwind.
You’ll also have the opportunity to visit Isla Mujeres, enjoy some free time strolling through its charming streets, and perhaps indulge in some shopping. Finally, we’ll sail back to Cancun while our incredible staff ensures a lively atmosphere… And yes, an open bar is included in this tour.
Our tour runs daily from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, departing from Marina Las Perlas at Blvd. Kukulkan Km. 2.2, Cancun Hotel Zone.

Private Catamaran Christmas Eve special! - We got a great deal for our private catamaran just to ourselves and the cabin crew. We stopped to snorkel but didn’t find any fish(es) or turtles. We sailed through the backwaters of Isla Mujeres island, stopped for lunch, and went shopping. After about 2 hours, we sailed back to Cancun. The experience was very personable and memorable. I highly recommend the catamaran tour through Isla Mujeres island.

Phenomenal experience, just read the fine print - We did a boat ride to Isla Mujeres and overall it was a really fun experience. The staff was amazing. They were super friendly, funny, and high energy, and they really made the day enjoyable. The open bar was honestly bliss and kept the vibes up the whole trip.
That said, make sure you read the description before booking because the total price can be a bit misleading. If you book the regular plan, there is an extra fee of around $80 or more per person that you pay later, so be aware of that upfront.
Also, do not bother upgrading to the luxury or pro package with the smaller group. We were told to upgrade, but the regular option with more people was way more fun. The bigger group had better energy, better vibes, and did not feel overcrowded at all.
The guides were super nice and genuinely funny, and I never felt scammed or pressured. They also give you plenty of time on Isla Mujeres to explore, relax, nap on the beach, or do your own thing, which I really appreciated.
Overall, it was a great experience. Just skip the upgrade, read the fine print, and enjoy the ride.

Fun on Island Mujeres - It was a fun trip with beautiful weather. Singing, dancing, and drinking. The tour guides were friendly and gave a fun experience to everyone.

Fun in the sun - We were on the Kraken. That crew was amazing. Very entertaining and personable.. when it was time to load back on the boat, a couple of the crew members recognized us from being on the boat that morning .

Nice walk - It's a good plan. Friendly staff. The snorkeling experience I only recommend for those who swim very well. The beach in Isla Mujeres is beautiful.
On the other hand, the price you see published is less than half of what you pay. They call preservation tax, which is not a tax or for preservation, at a charge of about 30 dollars...that is, the published price is to hook you. I must say that the “tax” was clearly mentioned as not included.

inhonest prices - the tour was good but prices on websites is misleading… it says $20 be prepared for upto $ 100… $80 is u do your own transportation

Not recommended for snorkeling - Snorkeling was the worst snorkeling I've ever experienced.
Everything was only explained in Spanish although it mentioned an English translation.
The water was rough and we had to swim to another boat which means not staying with our belongings or group.
If this had been my first experience, I would never snorkel again.
It would be better to only take the boat ride to the island.
The island was great although everyone lies and says they work at your resort to entice you to buy from them lol. Just don't go for it. Barter the price every single time.
Beach side massage was amazing.
Fish foot spa was amazing.

Disappointing and disorganized - disappointing disorganized liars
I've been changed the day of the tour to less than 24h for no reason.. still waiting for a response.
The catamaran has arrived late, about 8 am doesn't match at all. besides the fees you don't know where they come from because they don't give you any kind of receipt.
the change of day has meant a very important extra expense (taxi, lugagge store, loss of a day in my route and change of itinerary) someone has to take care of those expenses since no one already faces the day change and the problems caused.

Worst excursion ever! - Our snorkel got canceled, even though all the other boats were doing it. It was a complete unorganized mess from the beginning to the end. There was not enough space for everyone to sit and eat at the buffet that was serving tortilla chips and mashed potatoes. It was a huge waste of money in my opinion, and I will never do it again or recommend it to anyone else.
Be sure you check out all of the complaints and I can’t say all of the boats are bad but the one I was on was almost to get a riot because everyone was so frustrated…… even the shuttle ride back to my hotel, which was only 15 minutes away took me over three hours to get back to my hotel. They skipped my hotel and took me 52 miles in the opposite direction. It was just completely horrible from start to finish. I was right at exactly 12 hours from the time they picked me up till the time they let me out. Completely wasted my day and money.
