Awesome Cruise ! - We had a blast on the Dancer Cruise! The staff were great and very entertaining the entire time. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch and unlimited beverages. This is definitely a full day Cruise. Thank you all 😊

- We had so much fun on the Dancer Cruise last week! All of the employees were great and they made sure we had the best time! Special shoutout to Stacy who went above and beyond and also the gentleman from North Mexico who danced with us and let me teach him how to 2-step. It really was such an awesome day!

- I'm 6 months pregnant and they've been super cute to me. Costa Ricans are characterized by choosing/discarding places for Service and I definitely recommend this tour very much. Thanks to Pao, Stacy and Moi for being so attentive and good guides, we enjoyed everything we did. I'm leaving very happy with everything.

Amazing time! - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our family had an unforgettable experience on this tour! From start to finish, everything was well-organized and so much fun. The water slides were a huge hit with everyone — thrilling, safe, and absolutely perfect for all ages. But the highlight of the day was definitely the snorkeling — crystal-clear waters, vibrant marine life, and the most peaceful, beautiful scenery we’ve ever seen. The crew was friendly, helpful, and made sure everyone had an amazing time. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation, this tour is it. Highly recommend!

It was okay. - Okay so I will start by saying the service and the people on the boat were great. But I just don't think this was the experience I wanted. We only spent like 40 mins on the island itself. I wish they would have removed the beach club visit as the beach was very dirty and the pool was too crowded to truly be enjoyed. I will say that I liked that they stopped in the middle of the ocean and allowed us to swim. But everything felt rushed. I didn't do the slide as there was too many people and not enough time. The snorkel activity was also very crowed people were bumping into each other and it was uncomfortable. I never swam with fins before so I asked if I could do it without but they said no. I understand it is a liability but I saw plenty of other companies not enforcing fins where we were positioned. So I was very confused. I would also say that the snorkeling is not worth it because there was too many people in the ocean at one time. At the same time as us there were like 4 other boats with people snorkeling as well. Therefore because of the amount of people there really wasn't anything to see. Even though I didn't go for the full activity I asked others and they told me that it was true they barely saw anything. I have gone snorkeling in other places that are much better. Honestly overall I was disappointed with the experience as it was just average. The food too was okay. I do believe the drinks were watered down as I had more than 5 and didn't feel anything. I think this is suitable for a younger crowd that likes to party. Personally not something for me and my mom. I do think that it's not worth it if you want to visit the island. Because the time they allowed was so short. The island was the only amazing thing of this tour it was so beautiful the water was crystal clear. We did not do the golf tour with them we walked 10 mins and made it to the beach. Highly recommend it was like a pool so clear. I think the company should get rid of the beach club stop to be honest and it would greatly improve the experience.

Fun music/free alcohol/not family oriented/unsafe/ - This is my 5th time visiting Cancun, so I’ve done a fair share of excursions in the water. This time I brought my 10 y/o daughter so I prioritized differently when booking. Unfortunately, the excursion was not as safe and family friendly as the information and reviews show. Although the staff had good energy and the food was good, there was a lot of music and activity on the boat that I wouldn’t suggest for children. For example, there was a twerking contest, shots being poured in people’s mouths regularly, and a promiscuous act for couples. We were able to swim for about 30 minutes and have a separate stop for snorkeling which was also about 30 minutes. With more than 30 people on the boat it was difficult to keep up. Because it all seemed rushed. When we were snorkeling we never got to stop and look at the reef and the fish in the water. We were so busy trying to stay with our guide and not get separated from the group. My daughter shared that the snorkeling was ‘ cool but chaotic’. Aside from this, safety was an issue multiple times! When the boat arrived at Isla Mujeres it couldn’t dock. We were told that we had to take a water taxi to our boat and board in the water. This happened again when it was time to dock and end the excursion. The boat couldn’t dock so we had to get on a water taxi. This was even more dangerous as the taxi was a lot lower than the catamaran we were on. Also, there was no where to step/walk down. Each passenger had to step on an igloo container! They allowed the elderly to go first and helped as much as they could but the Igloo lid eventually broke because of the weight and they still continued to put people in the taxi. My daughter and I are good swimmers and I owe my sense of safety to my military experience; the water taxi was not at capacity and there was a sufficient amount of life jackets on the boat. I just wouldn’t pay my money for an excursion where safety isn’t priority, ESPECIALLY when my kids are involved. I’m disappointed with the whole thing and won’t be booking with this company again.
