Fantastic Time - The show is fantastic and worth the price. It is confusing going in. Person outside got us to upgrade to VIP. Person sat us further back anyway, had to pull out our paperwork again to show him we upgraded. Seems like everyone was mixed up anyway. Not sure we really needed to upgrade

the best level EXCELLENT SHOW - is enjoyed from the entrance, excellent sound, lights, effects, first level drinks, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, the cost of the entrance is exceeded with the level of the show.

fantastic - went last week its still as good as ever from freddy mercury,beetle juice,maddona an more none stop all night .paid 140 dollars for bottle service an worth every penny. drinks sevice none stop all night never had to wait an it was very busy

Top top top!!! - Like many other people, I had aprioris, but finally we found this magical place!!! Sounds, lights, show, trapeze artists, stunts, but also, between shows, it goes into nightclub mode with current music... A Great Mood, and as other reviews say, I highly recommend the VIP corner, certainly much more expensive, but all international alcoholics are in open bar, you are sitting and with a top level view! Because staying in the false standing from 11pm to 4am, no thanks!

San experience - There was a little wait at the door and process was very quick, free WIFI never connect shows where very good and entertaining drinks where always following, but unfortunately near to the end of the evening I was tricked by one of the girls selling shots , basically she tried to charge me $60 then $30 she said if I didn’t pay she would call security in the end to keep the peace I paid $10 my friend was not happy and the nice waiter tried to help us and call a supervisor which was a waste of time , this really ruined my experience as it seems you can’t feel safe or trust the management

Terrible service we do not recommend it - Do not fall for this scam, the agency's service is terrible, they do not solve any problem, the best and most economical thing is to book directly at cocobongo, friend tours is not friendly at all, terrible customer service from Nancy Castro, operations coordinator .

Beware of Amigo Tours fraud! - We bought some tickets for Coco Bongo at this agency called Amigo Tours, which is not at all friendly. We tried to change the date of the ticket due to logistical problems on our trip and they, very disastrous and arrogant, told us that changes could not be made. I do not recommend them. Acquiring tickets at this agency is better to buy them directly with Coco Bongo where they do allow changes. The agency's service is terrible, they need a customer service department, don't risk your money

Awful - Tickets did not work on door. Company never sent reservation to coco bongo. Had to wait for them to try confirm with vendor for tickets and then pay double of door which then resulted in missing half the show. Not happy!

Waste of Money...Package is No Longer Offered - This experience wasn't even honored for us, we were told that they were no longer offering it when we got to the door. We paid extra for no reason at all. A complete waste of money. Very disappointing.

LOUSY Enterprise Friends tours - FRIENDS TOURS ARE SCAMMERS, be careful and from my personal experience I do not recommend it at all!! We hired several excursions from argentia through DESPEGAR.COM and in cancun "amigosTours" were in charge of taking us to several excursions such as this one of chichen itza which is the uncia that we could do but we were picked up 40 minutes later than scheduled and there was no one to show their face and they did not attend us on the phones. On the other hand, we went from the internet with a date to go on a Saturday, which arrived there told us that you could only Monday or Tuesday!! We decided to go on a Monday, they never made the payment of coco bongo, there in coco bongo the manager told us that there was a reservation but that they had not paid from AMIGOS TOURS, not only once, but twice!! since we made the claim and we were given a date to go the next day, which they did not pay again!! and the person responsible who attended me of friends tours was "Carolina Echeverria"... finally the transport that "went on time" to pick us up to go to the airport we waited 1 hour and never arrived.. when claiming I had accused that we went and we were not, in short we would not waste any more time in claiming for fear of missing the flight. I have years and experience in travel and it is the first time that something like this has happened to me!! Almost ruin my vacation, I do not recommend it at all!!!
