Chichen Itza with Uli - Uli was an amazing tour guide and went above and beyond to make sure me and my older parents were comfortable! We had a great time visiting Chichen Itza and the tequila tasting was awesome. I highly recommend going to with Uli on this tour :)

Great tour! - Ulises and Jorge were wonderful tour guides!! The tour was so well planned and I enjoyed every part of it. Solid buffet lunch and the sights were awesome. I recommend!

Great experience - The tour was wonderful! George and Uli are very professional and friendly. Uli is very knowledgeable about Mayan culture and history. It was fun to be part of this tour and would recommend my friends to visit as well!

Great day touring Chichen Itza! - Wow, what a wonderful tour experience. Uli and Jorge both made our journey fun and informative. The actual tour of Chichen Itza was incredible! Uli made sure we knew what to expect, and took us through the site intentionally with lots of cool facts. The cenote experience was also incredible! Bus was comfortable, and the water they gave us was a welcome surprise. It was also nice being able to leave our stuff on the bus knowing it would be safe and secure with our driver. Highly recommend this tour experience!

Lovely experience - This was an amazing experience!!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants a seamless experience to Chichen Itza!!! We had ULI AND GEORGE and they were wonderful, attentive, and entertaining!
We stopped at (4) locations - each was unique and so fun! I wish we had a tad bit more time at each location, but greatly appreciate the efficiency of the trip! Would recommend to any and everyone!!!

Had a great time! - Jorge and Uli were great! got us there safely and paid attention to slowing down and letting people take photos and look at land marks. You could tell uli is passionate and knowledgeable. thank you!

Excellent day, thanks to the great team that guide, and drive us. - This tour was a great experience, the guide Norma was so knowledgeable so that was the most important thing. The other good thing was a difference to other tours, was no pushing us to buy anything at all. Thanks to all the team, and we will recommend this one.

Wonderful day at the Myan pyramids - We like our tour guide Alfredo very much. He did an excellent job explaining Myan culture and history. I felt the stops the the Myan culture center was a setup. The most expensive place first and cheaper as the day went on. We constantly felt as pawns to be exploited for our tourist dollars.

3 hours wasted - Waited for a pickup from the local tour company and the bus never showed. Was at the meeting point early and was by myself on a street corner in the dark (6:20 for an 6:30a pickup). Approximately, 30 minutes after arriving another couple came. They were told the bus was running late. E-mailed the local company and was told bus was late due to weather. Waited until 8:30a, while emailing the local operator and not receiving responses and returned to hotel. Hotel called and simultaneously received a text saying the bus was on its way. Established that I would leave at 9:05a and would be given a refund if the bus did not arrive. Waited until 9:30 and bus still had not arrived. Other couple also came back and all of us were offered opportunity to change tour to following day. No one wanted that option as how could we trust this company as they were not honest with us. Called when I returned to hotel and was told bus had mechanical issues but it was suggested that maybe I should continue to wait. After three hours I no longer wanted to wait. Have requested a refund and disputed the charges with my credit card company. Had they been upfront I would have been more willing to reschedule but I wasted so much time and now I have no opportunity on this vacation to go on a similar excursion due to timing.
