Hola Hola! - From the early AM pick up to the late evening drop off, our tour guide Cesar was absolutely PHENOMENAL. He was extremely friendly, engaging, and educational. He made us feel very safe and invested in the tour while we were on our long all-day excursion. You can tell that he loves his job and it is very refreshing to be on a tour with someone who truly cares. His co-guide Uly and driver Ivan were also very friendly and helpful! The Mayan town, Ek’Balam temples, the Cenote, and city of Valladolid was an excellent experience all tied into one. I would absolutely recommend this tour group to anyone!

“Cesar, Ulises & Ivan Made It Perfect” - Our tour was switched to Ek Balam due to the closure of Chichén Itzá, but the change turned out to be a blessing. Our guides, Cesar and Ulises, along with our driver Ivan, were absolutely fantastic. Their professionalism, deep knowledge of Mayan history, and great sense of humour made this 12-hour Yucatán experience truly memorable. The refreshing cenote swim and the charming town of Valladolid rounded out a perfect day.

Great tour guides, well planned and great communication for this amazing itinerary - Ek Batam, Cenote and Valladid. - This tour is well worth the money - the coordinators keep you well informed with constant messages and reminders before your trip. Although there was a protest in Chichen Itza on the day of our trip, the change of plans and alternate itinerary was communicated well ahead of time the night before. Ek Batam was AMAZING! Letting my imagination soar as we climbed to the top of the Temple, heard stories of the cruel ball game, and multiple structures defining this place of learning and residence. Heed the cotton clothes, sunscreen, lots of water because it was extremely hot and humid. Heat stroke is easy here tbh. Eat/buy breakfast before boarding the bus. The cenote and the Yucatán food was a personal favorite! The water, the views, the food everything was amazing. Cesar, Uli and Ivan were great guides! Very well informed, well mannered, constant clear communication and sometimes a great joke was appreciated!

Worth waking up at the crack of dawn - The tour was well formatted, there was allocated time for each activity although i wish there was more time for the cenote. Our guides Cesar, Ivan and Ollie were all amazing. Super funny, gave great facts and info about all the places we visited and had great energy despite the heat.

Great location, okay tour - The place itself was amazing and pretty cool. Overall, the tour was good. It would have been 5 stars if it wasn't misleading. The tour guide really made us feel pressured about buying things at a gift shop we stopped at on the way to Chichen Itza. That stop wasn't on the itinerary. I think if it would have been listed it would have been a little better but even then, the going in with buy here, buy here was kind of annoying. Also making people feel guilty if they didn't purchase the Mayan calendar or from the gift shop. It really put a damper on the whole tour. We did not have a lot of time to eat and swim at the cenote. If we wouldn't have spent an hour at that touristy trap place, we could've devoted more time for that.

I had a problem with the... - I had a problem with the taxi that was taking me to the meeting point, but the guide was aware of it. He was only two minutes late and said he would wait for me. When I arrived, I saw the blue bus... I was about to get out of the taxi when the bus started moving. I called the guide and told him I was there, and he said a patrol car had forced them to move and that I should follow the bus in my car. I did that, and the bus eventually took a different route. The guide texted me saying they couldn't stop anymore.
