Ricardo, Enrique, and... - Ricardo, Enrique, and Juam were absolutely amazing! The flow of the tour was perfect and we got to Chichen Itza when it was too hot. We also enjoyed the lunch served at the Cenote. I would suggest going ahead and getting the all inclusive version to avoid dealing with the random fees during the tour. Highly recommend this tour! I don’t do reviews often but this one was deserving of one.

Wonderful! - The excursion was WONDERFUL! Garry, our guide, was super friendly, funny and informative! We had a wonderful day and would recommend this trip to everyone. Out only suggestion is to inform guests to wear layers and/or bring a sweatshirt for the bus because the AC made it super cold. It felt nice at first, but it got really cold on the long drive to and from. Muchas gracias!!

Amazing tour with a great guide! - We loved this tour! Our tour guide Franck was excellent, as well as our driver Juan who safely drove us to our destinations. They were very helpful and the tour was super informative. It did not feel too commercial, which we were scared of, but instead felt like a true and authentic portrayal of Mayan history. We were impressed with everything that was included for the price, as well as the length of the tour. This made it worth our money. If you want to learn about pre-columbian Mexico, we recommend this tour 100%!

A wonderful experinece. - The bus we took most of the way was modern and comfortable. The stops we did were great. The cenote swimming and the tequila tasting were cool. The stop in Valladolid was super cool. Obviously, Chichen Itza was the main attraction. And the whole time Frank and Marcella were leading the tour and doing a great job of it. It was a fantastic experience. One of the best tours I've ever been on.

Brillant day out, fantastic - Brilliant tour, Ramino was our guide (sorry if I misspelt your name) and Ricardo our driver. On time, excellent service from the explaination of the mayan culture, the cenote was incredible, food deliscious and the chitchenitza tour was great. Superb value for money.

Interesting excursion but too much time wasted - I had chosen the most complete service with hotel pick-up. The journey was long (1 hour 30 minutes with pick up from hotels, just to reach the bus and the same on the way back). The tours are interesting even if the Mayan village of Chichikan lacks a little authenticity. The stop in Valladolid has no interest (a place with tourist shops around) and wastes an hour. The buffet lunch was okay. The guide was friendly but sometimes a little too chatty on the bus, especially as the explanations were given in English and Spanish.

Pressure to give extra money "tips" - The organization of the tour felt very uncomfortable and borderline misleading when it came to money. The pricing structure is not transparent. While the tour description suggests that tips are optional (a tip being a voluntary gratuity given to someone for good service), the reality at the end of the tour was very different. When the bus was quiet and people were resting after a long day, the guide suddenly took the microphone and started strongly encouraging everyone to prepare money because, according to him, he was not paid by the tour company. He asked passengers to give money for both guides and the driver. He then proceeded to walk down the aisle of the bus approaching every single passenger individually to collect payment. He also had a card terminal ready. This created a very uncomfortable situation where it felt more like an enforced payment. I was honestly shocked and felt pressured and taken advantage of. If additional payments are expected, they should be clearly stated upfront in the price so travelers can make an informed decision. Tips should remain optional and never be collected in a way that pressures people. Because of this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this tour despite the tour to Chichen Itza itself was enjoyable. The guides were knowledgeable and did a good job providing historical context and explanations throughout the day, which I appreciated

1-The prices are the... - 1-Prices are double what you offer on the main page. 2-Your tour operator has a problem and only makes your personal bio to finally ask for money for that.

Horrible experience - After waking up early on vacation for an excursion I was very excited about. My transportation never arrived and stopped communicating with me via the app. The excursion started at 8. They slotted me for an 8:20 am pickup. I was outside waiting with my resorts security team waiting my pickup. After multiple failed communications via the Viator app I called a listed number and essentially they were no help. I’ve seen requested a refund that has yet to be approved.
