A fantastic family experience - Each package hs an option for VIP upgrade which is very important. This is an additional cost and worth it to avoid large crowds and a personalized experience.

Beautiful catamaran trip - My husband and I had the best time on our catamaran trip to Isla Mujeres! The snorkeling was great, our drinks were never empty, and our guide Ivett was knowledgeable and fun!! If we are back in the area we will absolutely book with them again.

Day tour to Isla Mujeres - We had a great experience with Amigo Tours on our Isla Mujeres day tour from Costa Mujeres! Transportation to the marina was smooth and well managed, even with a major accident causing traffic delays for hours. Thankfully, we still made it to the pier within an hour. The catamaran ride was a lot of fun, with a snorkeling stop before heading to Isla Mujeres. The only thing about snorkeling was if you are 60 years of age and older, you cannot snorkel and us along with two other couples were unaware. That was a little disappointing. Riding golf carts to Punta Sur was definitely a highlight, with beautiful views along the way. Afterward, we enjoyed a buffet lunch and swimming at ZaZa Beach Club. Overall, it was a fun, well-organized day with a great mix of adventure and relaxation. Highly recommend!

Excellent crew and snorkeling, but we lacked time to enjoy the beach. - Overall it was a good experience and we had a very good time. The snorkeling, although short, is very worthwhile. You can see many fish, corals, and even the statues underwater. The Lady Caroline crew was excellent: always very friendly, helpful, and attentive to everyone. They offered us drinks constantly and were even very attentive to the minor who was traveling with us so that she would stay hydrated and not suffer from the heat. The only thing we didn't like was that we had paid for the Premium Experience and didn't know that the original tour was on a catamaran of around 100 people. The wait to board was long while more passengers arrived and, due to the heat, it became somewhat heavy in the waiting palapa. In the end, we decided to pay for the upgrade to go on a boat with only 26 people, which definitely improved the experience. The food was good, with good flavor, although nothing extraordinary. There was spaghetti, mashed potatoes, cochinita, tinga, and adobo fish, among other options. What I do think should be explained better is that the restaurant and the beach belong to the same beach club. We didn't understand that and spent too much time eating. Had we known that we could enjoy the beach before or after the meal, we would have organized our time better. In the end, we only had approximately 90 minutes of free time in the town of Isla Mujeres to enjoy the beach, and we felt it was too little. In summary, it is a recommendable tour. If I had a suggestion for the company, it would be to explain more clearly how time is distributed at the beach club so that visitors can make better use of the beach.

Disappointment - Honestly, it is not worth spending a day of vacation on this. And it is not a matter of money. 1. Round trip from Playa del Carmen in the van takes 4 hours (2 hours one way because they pick up at 4-5 hotels). 2. The boarding for the catamaran also took about 45 minutes. 3. The catamaran crew was nice, perhaps the only positive aspect of the trip. 4. The biggest disappointment is the island. Overcrowded, packed with people and vendors. 5. The worst of all is the food and the so-called "beach club." In reality, it is a beach shack with an inedible buffet. Forget about the beach club; it is simply a shack on the beach with a lot of people. Even though I had paid for an "all-inclusive" package, the sun loungers cost an additional €25 for 90 minutes... I took a walk around the island - I didn't see anything attractive, just stalls with cheap vendors... Summary: I spent almost 11 hours on this excursion and nearly €100. I would have been better off spending the day at my 5-star all-inclusive resort with its private beach. Other excursions on different days have gone well, but this one has been a total disappointment.

Poor value for money. - They changed activities due to weather conditions, which is understandable; however, the discount was very little, there were no guides available, and moreover, they did not provide adequate follow-up, making me go from one place to another. I did not like the value for money. The transportation is slow.
