Vale La Pena - We had booked for a wedding of about 30 people, including children and babies. We went from Cancun to Isla Mujeres. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. Most of us didn't know Spanish. The staff had patience and still attended us. They were very friendly and took every precaution to ensure the trip was safe and enjoyable. They did so well that we ended up tipping them extra.

Amazing and caring - It was an amazing experience cruising with Ivette and her crew .Ivette and her crew made sure we where snorkeling safely swimming side by side guiding us also helped us find a golf cart rental associate. I recommend you to cruise with her and her crew. The music was amazing party on the catamaran very chill atmosphere. Alcohol was offered constantly. Me personally dont drink alcohol but was offered a non alcoholic margaritas .

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Cancun Sailing - I had a very unpleasant experience with Cancun Sailing on my recent trip. When I arrived at the dock, I received my ticket and waited with other guests. A woman named Elaine, who turned out to be our guide, was giving instructions to tourists. I approached her twice with my ticket, asking for instructions in English. The first time she told me to sit down and wait. The second time, she responded rudely and told me that my guide would call me. Meanwhile, she was speaking Spanish with the group, and it felt like because I spoke English, I was ignored. Elaine does speak English well, but she simply chose not to give me proper attention. This may have been a factor in the poor treatment I received. I trusted her words and waited patiently. Two groups were organized and left: one went snorkeling near the shore, and another departed on the catamaran named Max. I was left sitting there alone. Only after about 10-15 minutes the staff notice me, and when I explained my situation again, it turned out that Elaine was actually my guide and that my boat, the catamaran Max, had already departed without me. They had to call the catamaran to come back and pick me up, which meant another 10–15 minutes of waiting. Eventually, I was able to join the trip, but the beginning of the day was completely ruined. Although Elaine later apologized, the way she treated me in the morning was absolutely unacceptable — dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. The whole situation was stressful and unnecessary, and it left me with a very negative impression of Cancun Sailing. The organization and communication were extremely poor in my case.
