Amazing and caring - It was an amazing experience cruising with Ivette and her crew .Ivette and her crew made sure we where snorkeling safely swimming side by side guiding us also helped us find a golf cart rental associate. I recommend you to cruise with her and her crew. The music was amazing party on the catamaran very chill atmosphere. Alcohol was offered constantly. Me personally dont drink alcohol but was offered a non alcoholic margaritas .

Amazing!! - My partner and I had an amazing experience! Our tour guide was Pedro, and he made the boat ride to and from the island so much fun. Isla Mujeres was so beautiful! If you get motion sickness, make sure to take motion sickness medication beforehand, as the boat ride is about an hour.

The best experience of my life - The best experience and service from Miss Ivett on the Tiare vessel. Thank you to my friend who worried on my return from snorkeling as she did not see me and thought I had been abandoned but I was already sunbathing peacefully on the boat. Thanks to that everyone on the boat already knows me by name: Valeria. Great crew service and very attentive.

Amazing tour! - We had the best time on our catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres! From start to finish, everything was smooth, exciting, and beautifully organized. The snorkeling was a blast—crystal-clear water, colorful fish, and just the right amount of time to explore the reef.
Our guide, Oscar, was absolutely awesome. He kept the energy high, made sure everyone was having fun and staying safe, and shared great insights about the area. You could really tell he loved what he does, and it made the whole experience even better.
After snorkeling, we had time to relax and explore Isla Mujeres on foot. The island is full of charm—cute shops and gorgeous views everywhere you turn.
The catamaran ride itself was so fun, with music, drinks, and an incredible vibe. This tour was a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Highly recommend it—and huge thanks to Oscar for making the day unforgettable!

Not worth it - Mid experience. Would have rather took the public ferry. I would also not follow recommendations from the staff. Staff recommended us golf carts from a couple of younger men hanging around the same area. Charged $65 an hour for golf cart vs other companies around the area that were offering way less. We just trusted staff recommendations. Don't be fooled like us!

1. Deceptive and poorly managed excursion – Not recommended - We contract with Cancun Sailing the “Tour Plus Experience” tour to Isla Mujeres for 6 people, with a total cost of 530.10 USD, with the promise of living an experience by catamaran, snorkeling on the reef, good food and a full day at sea.
The departure was scheduled for Friday, March 28, but was postponed by the company due to bad weather. We were summoned for Saturday 29th, never informing us that the tour would be done without key activities like snorkeling.
Already on Saturday, after more than an hour of transfer to Cancun, we were handed a paper informing of the cancellation of the snorkeling and other activities. No one informed us before or offered refund, compensation or the option to cancel.
From there, the experience was a disaster:
– We were taken to a “beach club” in very bad conditions: dirty, careless, very low quality food and only an hour to be there.
– Then we went to the center of the town of Isla Mujeres, where we were left only to shop, forcing us even to enter a specific store.
– The beach downtown was saturated, without space or tranquility, and we had no real sailing experience or enjoyment of the sea.
What they promised was a catamaran tour with snorkeling and relaxation on the beach. What we received was a transport to go from shops to a crowded town, with terrible food and without the most important thing: the sea.
I attach images of the cancellation notice and proof of payment. I feel conned. This excursion was a great disappointment and I do not recommend it to anyone.
I demand compensation or partial reimbursement for the deception.
Terrible experience with Cancun Sailing – Tour Plus Experience
We booked the Tour Plus Experience with Cancun Sailing for 6 people, paying $530.10 USD, expecting a full catamaran experience with snorkeling, quality beach time, and good food.
The tour was originally scheduled for Friday, March 28, but Cancun Sailing postponed it to Saturday due to bad weather. At no point were we informed that major activities like snorkeling would be canceled the next day.
On Saturday, after more than an hour of transfer to Cancun, we were handed a note saying snorkeling and other activities were cancelled. There was no prior notice, no refund, no alternative activity, and no option to cancel.
From that point on, it only got worse:
– They took us to a so-called “beach club” that was dirty, poorly maintained, with very low-quality food, and gave us only one hour there.
– Then we were dropped off in downtown Isla Mujeres just to shop, even being forced to enter a specific store.
– The beach was overcrowded and chaotic. There was no real catamaran experience, no snorkeling, no peaceful beach time.
We paid for a marine experience and were instead taken on a shopping trip through a tourist-packed town, with bad food and none of the highlights promised.
I’m attaching proof of payment and the cancellation notice we were given on-site. This tour was a huge disappointment and I feel scammed.
I demand compensation or a partial refund. I absolutely do not recommend this tour.

Not the luxury cruise advertised - This trip was not the “Luxury cruise” advertised. It was chaotic and not very enjoyable. From chaos at the marina (where do we check in? What boat? Why did we leave at 12:45 and not 12?) to unclear directions (Tinka needs to slow down and speak Spanish, then English separately, because it all ran together), it was not a great experience. We had rough water, which was not their fault. But directions on how to get equipment were not clear, and when I was trying to wait for my daughter to finish getting her equipment, I was rushed into the water separately. The water was choppy, and the directions on what to do were not clear. Actually, everyone was rushed into the water, and my daughter and 5 others who were last got in, but then were so far separated from the main group that they turned around to swim back to the boat. On a day with rough water, one guide for 30 people in the water is not enough. (For reference, I am an experienced scuba diver and I’ve been in rough water before.).
The beach club for lunch was not what I expect of a beach club on an excursion. No toilet seats (seriously), restroom doors that didn’t work, no toilet paper, and the food was mediocre. I did not expect the buffet staff to start going around with baskets to get tips. It was not a good look when one guy tried to tell me I hadn’t left enough tip in my basket.
Isla Mujeres was nice enough, although touristy. But we were definitely ready to go (the boat was 1/2 hour late). On the boat several youths were overserved and spilling drinks all over the deck. This was followed by the boat staff walking around with a jar asking for tips. Every other cruise like this I’ve been on has a tip jar by the exit for voluntary tips. Nothing like pressuring your clients.
The most bizarre ending to this 9 hour day trip (it ran from 11:15-8:15 by the time we were back at our hotel, not the 4:30 on the flyer) was the woman who got off the boat and just started peeing on the sidewalk on the way to the vans.
We will be looking for a different excursion experience next time.

Awful & Dissapoiting - Not my first catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres, but dofinitely the WORST ONE. The catamaran was way too big - huge for about 100 ppl with no vibe. We booked The golf cart with them for 1200pesos and Just before hitting Isla Mujeres they raised the Price up to 1800 pesos. We didnt take it. The snorkeling tour was a waste of time. Lots of swimming, we Were being rushed and didnt see much of anything but water. The Staff was pressuring everyone to leave a tip in a very cheap way, they would follow you with a Bucket and intimidate you. We didnt leave one (only at the restaruant we did). They work like a mafia and Arent nice at all. Never again would I choose the Cancun Saling Company, we has a terrible experience. Any other tour company will do.
