Snorkeling trip plus island highly recommend - Fantastic trip, highly recommend. The staff was so attentive they helped us every which way with the service the drinks getting on and off the boat with our snorkeling gear. The snorkeling was wonderful. We saw a lot of fish. I even saw a stingray. I highly recommend this trip.

Staff are excellent and a great day out! - Firstly, the communication from the company was a little bit poor, they told me they would get back to me for our transfer details but after 24 hours I had no confirmation and had to message multiple times. When we arrived at the dock after our transfer, it was very very messy and unorganised. We paid our $20 dock fee each and received our tickets for 10:30. We didn’t leave the dock until 11:15 however. It was overall very messy and a total state of confusion for everyone. Once on the catamaran, the staff were lovely. You were greeted with drinks and their hospitality was impeccable! The boat was clean and lovely. We headed snorkelling, and unfortunately our conditions weren’t great so my husband did it and I stayed onboard. He absolutely loved it, the underwater statuses were excellent and lots to sea. The equipment was slightly dirty and the guide didn’t do too much to show them around. However my husband was very happy and told me all about it. We headed to Isla mujeres for lunch, the buffet was okay, there was a lot of people so the queue is rather long. I would recommend if you’re fussy to bring your own food. We were there for an 1hr 30 mins and back on the boat to another side of the island. Here you had free time for 1hr 30 mins as well. We went around and explored for a bit. We found it is a massive tourist trap and felt a little unsafe at times. Lots of people trying to make you buy things and crossing the road can be dangerous. The beach was lovely but again, very busy! Would we go back to the island? Definitely not but we are grab we did it. Our host Roger was absolutely amazing and nothing negative at all to say about him. It was also his birthday and his last day before retiring so it was very special for us to spend that with him. The staff were absolutely amazing throughout. The entire trip was around 10 hours, was very longed out. However, the staff was amazing, and the boat was great. If you want to have a good day out on a boat, this is excellent. A special thank you to the team and we are very happy we did the excursion! Tip: bring your own snorkelling gear and if you want to hire a golf buggy bring your driving licence!

Decent Day Trip from Cancun - A bit of a mixed review here, as our scheduled trip was missed due to some confusion regarding pick up location at the hotel (was disappointed in the communication process as we waited 2 hours for a pick-up that apparently marked us as a "no show" despite being in contact with operator about a delay and such). With some help from TripAdvisor, we were able to reschedule, which was appreciated. Ended up being the only damp day of our Cancun week, but can't control the weather. There were some folks clearly disappointed that the snorkel could not happen (too windy), but to be honest, it did not seem like that was a priority for the boat or for 90% of the guests...so if looking to actually snorkel, I would advise something that is just a snorkel trip. Staff was very helpful (slow process paying the $20 per person island fee at the dock), and drinks were flowing the whole trip. We were able to swim off the boat for about 15 minutes, and the water was crystal clear out there (more enjoyable than the beach club). The lunch at the beach club was adequate. Just enough time for the wife to get a quick massage before back to the boat and off to the downtown area. I am guessing there are other places on the island that are more scenic, but the port area is very hectic with golf carts and tourist traps. Kind of not buying the required "stamp" of our wristband in the expensive store we were brought to off the boat. Kids bought a few t-shirts and such, and we spent 20 minutes on the beach. Fairly rough surf on trip back to Cancun due to the weather, but everyone had a good time.

Limited snorkel time, horrible lunch - We enjoyed this trip but there were some things that we were not happy with. 1… not enough snorkel time. It is advertised as a snorkeling trip, but the snorkeling was only 20 minutes with many other boats in the area and not that much to see. From there we motored over to Isla Mujeres. 2.. horrible lunch spot at Za Za BEACH club. The place they took us for lunch was a huge disappointment. It was crowded, dirty, and the food was extremely poor. It was buffet style but was mainly noodles, tortilla chips, beans, several empty trays, and hot dogs ( had to wait a long time for buns to be brought out) 3… golf cart tour around the island was not as described. On the catamaran we were offered the option to pay more (around $60 US) for a sight seeing tour around Isla with the host showing us a brochure picturing many interesting stops. We saw very few of these places. We basically drove in a convoy of golf carts from downtown to the far tip of the island, had a few minutes there, then drove back the exact same route, so we never even saw any of the sites on the other side of the island as advertised. Overall, it was still a fun day, but for the price there were too many disappointments and things were not as advertised.

Day on the ocean - The time of departure for our excursion was scheduled for 10:30. The dock area was full of passengers for multiple vessels- it was very disorganized and we didn't board until 11:15. Once on board we were packed/crowded like sardines- there was NO room to move, this company oversells to increase their revenue but created an uncomfortable passenger experience. People were seated where you needed to walk- it was not good. When it was time to snorkel- we were only provided a face mask- NO air tube nor flippers. I've snorkeled many times previously and other tour companies provided an air tube and flippers. The first stop at the ZaZa beach club- bathrooms were unkempt, buffet lunch was barely edible- lettuce, tomato, rice, beans - they ran out of chicken, the soup was watery. Beverages were watered down and tasted horrible. Because we were delayed in departing the dock- we had less time at our 2nd stop, Playa Mujeres. The crew members on the tour were pleasant. The one taking pictures was annoying b.c he continually asked passengers to move out of the way for photos- when the catamaran was already overcrowded and no place to sit.

Terrible Experience - Terrible experience. The included restaurant was filthy, with dirty cutlery and glasses served with bugs inside. We asked to replace the water with a sealed bottle and were charged for it. In addition, the crew was rude and pressured us to give a tip at the end. I do not recommend it at all

Not a happy camper - For the amount we paid. this experience is/was rushed. There was no enough time to enjoy the snorkeling, the beach and food in isla mujeres. Everything is set up to take all your money. I will look for a better tour company next time.
