Great service and reliable company - Staff was very communicative and friendly and contacted me as soon as my flight landed. They were waiting for me when I left the terminal and the journey to Playa del Carmen was smooth. Highly recommend this company!

9 out of 10 - It was easy to fimd.the rep and it didn't take long to.get going. We probably waited 5 to 10 min before we got.to the van to head to the hotel

Take this to your resort! - Communication was the best. Going to our resort and back. Highly would recommend and trust 100%. Safe and was at the airport for us when arrived. Waited for another party but when it took too long we were on our way.

This company followed... - This company followed every thing to the letter. As soon as we landed I got a call from Moses telling me he was outside with a sign with my name and told me what he was wearing. He also explained that I shouldn’t stop and talk to people because they would definitely try to sell me something and he was correct! It was explained that it was a shared ride I booked so they would be dropping others off. Everything was done to make sure there was no confusion.

Excellent Service!! - Fernando was great. He was not familiar with the location of the condo complex I was staying at, but he sure made it his job to locate it and he did. If the other drivers are like Fernando, no one will walk away disappointed with this shuttle service!!

Summertime - The greeter tried to up sale me on the spot. After booking he tried to get me to upgrade for $25 a person. I use the a lot and I never heard of that while waiting for my transport.

Poor customer service and unexpected time change - The vendor abruptly changed our tour departure time by 5 hours with no explanation, notifying me late at night just before the trip. I had specifically chosen the 1 PM option—which made sense given our late afternoon flight—but they tried to move us to a 9 AM slot without justification. When I reached out to question the change, I was met with resistance and poor communication. After a frustrating series of back-and-forth messages and unnecessary last-minute stress, they eventually agreed to honor the original time I selected. While they ultimately did the right thing, the customer service experience was disappointing and unnecessarily difficult.

Not pleased - We booked this ahead of time and I had everything paid for however, upon arrival, they informed us we would have to pay more money to get back to the airport in the morning as there was no shared rides before a particular time. It was very difficult to communicate with the staff, and eventually after hours of going back-and-forth, was able to get a refund.
