Ride to hotel - The ride was Quick once you pass all the promoters in the airport and simple to find since they use WhatsApp, safe.

Cancun - They find you in the crowd. The driver made sure to have a sign with our names on it. Offered us ice cold water and was very informative of the area we were driving by.

Would recommend! - Great experience! Very communicative leading up to meeting up. They were easy to find at the airport and so friendly.

Round trip pick up from... - Round trip pick up from airport to hotel and hotel to airport , we waited for about 30 minutes or so for our pick up the driver didn’t raise the sign of my name that my husband had to ask everyone . the pick up from our hotel our driver was on time and very thorough

Need something for wheelchairs - The van that pick me it was very hard for me to get in. I was to high. Over all the driver was great..Just need to have some for people with wheel chairsz

Bad instructions and service - Not the best experience. Me and 2 kids head out of airport and go to welcome bar. Along the way we are being asked by everyone to use their taxi service. We ignore them and look for Unittravel person. No one around. We wait. Nothing but several taxis asking to use them. I what’s app the number on the instructions and they say it’s a wrong number. Finally 20 minutes later I get a what’s app from someone saying the gentleman will be there in 10 minutes. I guess he is late. We wait. 15/20 minutes go by. Nothing. Text the person again and she says let me check on his status but she never writes back. I call her but she doesn’t answer the phone. I’m starting to think I have been scammed and may need to take one of these unknown taxis. I wait another 10 minutes. Finally after an hour total wait Alex shows up standing with a made up sign with my name. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and apologizes and that’s why I have a couple of stars. Otherwise I would say do not use this service. It’s is hectic arriving in another country, and the person you are supposed to meet is not there waiting for you. Instead there are many others begging you to use their service cups have 2 small children with you and the company doesn’t answer the phone.

SCAMMERS that do not show up - left me stranded. never showed up. then tried to scam me out of my money. wasted 2 hrs waiting for them, no response nor answer. then when i tried to dispute for refund they claimed they were there waiting to try and screw me out of a refund. DO NOT USE! BOOK THROUGH YOUR HOTEL OR ANOTHER SERVICE. SCAMMERS!!!
