Excellent - I was worried when I booked this, thinking there is no way this will go smoothly! How wrong was I. We arrived at the airport, followed the instructions to meets at the margaritaville bar, there the guy was, he had a clear sign with my name on it and took us smoothly to our hotel. I will definitely use these again

They’re on time, that’s the best I can say - Communications on What’s app, if you don’t check it you won’t get notified of where to pick up. On the ride back to the airport the van smelt of gasoline and made my eyes burn.

Old cars - Our shuttle back to the airport was old. All the potholes were extremely uncomfortable. Drivers were pleasant but definitely need an upgrade on the cars.

A tale of two trips - Booking for private transport was quick and easy. Pick up from airport was poor despite texts stating arrival and location once at the pickup point, the driver arrived late and calls to the company were difficult to get through, if you ever arrived in Cancun you do not want to be left adrift because the other drivers are aggressive to the point of harassment, so this was a major disappointment .The return trip was awesome, driver was 10 minutes earlier, pleasant and engaging. This is my second time booking with this tour company and EACH time it has been extremely difficult to locate the driver at the airport for pickup. I probably will go with a different company next time.
