Cancun airport private transportation - When is busy season and your flight was delayed for 10 minutes and I can’t get hold of our driver because I don’t have a data in my cellphone, it was just a hope that I see my name, be aware of the airport taxi trying to help and telling me that since I was late the driver already left us, but don’t believe them just walked around and find your name, All of the sudden we are about to get a ride from taxi airport but my husband saw our name with etransfer uniform guy holding the sign, then he set up our driver with his sign inside his van as unittravel and the driver asked the code. Take a screenshot of what barcode tripadvisor sent you, your driver needs it as a receipt. He was very nice and we enjoyed our ride to Playa del Carmen and we gave him a good tip so everyone is happy. Thank you guys for being a good human being, you help the world to better place.

Best Private driver in the Cancun area - Odin Meneses of OMTransfers and Tours was our driver on two occasions in the Cancun area. I went to Cancun to scope out venues for my daughter's wedding, and Odin drove us from place to place for 3 days. 10 months later, he was the driver for our family and friends when we came back to Puerto Morelos for the wedding. Odin made multiple trips from the Cancun airport to the hotel, and back. He was delightful to work with, always accommodating, professional, and reliable. Decent - Hard to find at the airport- vehicles are much older than what I usually reserve.

Highly Disappointing - I booked for a special occasion to be picked up in a SUV style vehicle Escalade and I made that very clear on my booking. They were an hour late, never looked for us, kept texting saying they were coming shortly in 5 mins, 20 mins later for over an hour and then show up in a regular shuttle van. I asked the driver about the car we booked and he said he didn’t know anything about that. I spent time on customer service support making sure I booked the properly car for my husbands 50th birthday so this was highly disappointing. We have dinner reservations shortly and we are leaving an hour late to drive an hour away to playa del Carmen from Cancun with a lot of traffic and rain.
