Upon arrival, our welcoming hosts will assist with check-in and escort you to our exclusive Explorers’ Lounge. Here, you can relax in the departure lounge, enjoy a brief introductory video, and then board our passenger boat for the transfer to the dive site, where your underwater adventure will commence.

Embark on an underwater adventure to depths of 100 feet (30 meters) in a genuine submarine in the Mexican Caribbean, led by an experienced, licensed crew. Uncover the reasons Cozumel is celebrated as one of the premier dive locations globally as you navigate the safeguarded waters of Chankanaab Marine Park, teeming with colorful coral formations and a variety of marine species.

• For your own safety, explorers on this activity must be able to safely navigate backward through a 12-step ladder (handrails available).
• For your own safety, the minimum required height is 3ft and 4 years old, for children
• Children are considered from 4 years to 16 years. No infants allowed ( babies to 3 years old)
• All participants must pay a ticket and all the children must be always with an adult.
• Pregnant, without previous complications, can carry out the activity up to the 6th month of pregnancy.
• Access in a bathing suit and / or barefoot is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Only 1 personal item like a purse or small handbag is allowed, and it must fit in your lap. Dimensions should not exceed 18 x 14 x 8 inches
• Additionally, a 13 USD Marine Park fee must be paid by person.
• Additional services have an extra cost (photos or souvenirs).

• If you do not follow and / or do not comply with the indicated safety instructions, you will not be allowed to continue with the activity and refund does not apply in this situation.
