Great day at Vandara! - We had a great time! Damion and his crew on the zip lines were amazing, as well as Roderigo and Juan with the horseback riding. We learned about Costa Rican history and coffee, too. I highly recommend the Vandara experience!

Loved Vandara! - We loved our experience at Vandara! We have two children ages, 9 and 12. There was adventure for all of us! We did horseback riding, 8 zip lines, lunch, a cultural tour to learn more about Costa Rica and relaxed in the hot springs with a mud bath and shower in a waterfall! Quite the perfect Costa Rican day!

Outdoor adventure fit for a King and Queen - It was an absolute beautiful adventure of seeing the gorgeous land, water and hot springs. King and I had a wonderful time!

This is a MUST do trip! - Wow! This place is top notch! 👌🏼 👌🏼 The day was planned so well and was so well-rounded! First we went horseback riding and the views were so pretty! Then we went zip-lining and omg the VIEWS! So much fun. Lunch was delicious and so was dessert. We also enjoyed the treats they served where we learned about the history of Costa Rica. The thermal pools were a nice way to cap off the trip! Honestly this is a must day trip! It's the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation and everyone is so nice and helpful! Highly recommend!

Awesome experience - Vandara was awesome. Probably the best tasting authentic Costa Rican food we had from different tours we went on. Ziplining was incredible... Cultural session was funny and informative. We didnt experience the waterfall, horseback riding or ecological tour, we were tired from the other activities and left early. Would def recommend Vandara!

Candy Fan - Everyone is super friendly and the place is beautiful. Besides, the lunch was delicious and Caramelo was the prettiest in the whole place. 🥰

Great activities! - What an exciting excursion! Our activity leaders were excellent- very patient and friendly! I felt very safe an had a ton of fun! Would certainly recommend.

Everyone loved the zip lining! - Our family of 5 (kids ages 15, 11, 9) all loved our day at Vandara! The zip lining was EPIC and our guides were so nice. Rodrigo and his team were kind, funny, and really made the experience even more amazing for us. In fact, every staff member we encountered throughout the day was the epitome and customer service. They all seemed genuinely interested in chit chatting with us and like they were glad to be there. The thermal springs were another highlight of the day; unfortunately the waterfall was lackluster, but being April it was the dry season so....(You can find other waterfalls that are more impressive in Costa Rica). The zip lining though was UNFORGETTABLE.

Great zip-lining, great lunch, fun waterslides and beautiful hot springs. Avoid horseback only due to the type of trail. - We’re well greeted on arrival, good change rooms and water available for bottle refill. Zip-line was perfect with a good 8 runs, breathtaking views and professional staff to support and guide you through each line. Manuel was amazing as lead and coordinator. Horse back riding was the least favorite for our large group. Staff were great and horses in good shape and well cared for. Big drawback was the trail, this must change its unpleasant for guests and horses. It’s an uphill then downhill 45 minute ride with a trail filled with large rocks. Slippery for horses hooves and hard on guests and horses. Not enjoyable at all. People kept looking at each other very concerned. If they cleared out an area with for a straight trail that was rock free, it would have made this part of the tour perfect. Water slide was super fun and the hot springs and mud (not a bath but a spread the mud all over yourself) was fantastic, beautiful and left your skin feeling soft and exfoliated. There is a pool bar in the hot spring, you could actually spend a good hour there easily. Great lunch, fresh and good quality food with plenty of choices. Also note the cultural experience was interesting, Jose was knowledgeable and explained Costa Rican coffee and food culture very well.
