- Via Commercio, 16 - Embark on a gradual journey to uncover the ideal fusion of gastronomy and mixology. We’ll craft our mixed drinks to complement the dishes we create. Kicking off with a Sicilian starter featuring regional cheeses, orange jam, onions, and honey, we’ll jointly prepare a savory version of the traditional Sicilian cannolo, stuffed with ricotta, mortadella, and pistachios. In collaboration with the bartender, we’ll pair it with an impeccable cocktail. Moving on, we’ll engage in making a fresh filled pasta for the main course, flavored with seasonal sauces. To conclude, we’ll whip up a dessert that varies with the seasons, such as a chilled fruit sorbet, tiramisu, or the iconic cannolo, all of which are fresh yet umami-rich and will be matched with cocktails concocted by both the bartender and the participants. For those under 18, non-alcoholic fruity cocktails and traditional Sicilian beverages will be offered, which they will also craft under the bartender’s attentive supervision.

- The real Sicilian cannolo or watermelon gelo - We will prepare the filling with ricotta, sugar and more and we will fill the cannoli, or we will make the classic Gelo di Mellone (watermelon) together

As a passionate cook, I, in collaboration with Giovanni, a decorated mixologist, aim to introduce the flavors of our homeland. The cocktails are crafted using Sicilian spirits and beverages, while the meals incorporate local, seasonal ingredients. This is a journey through Sicily’s culinary tradition, ending with you creating the perfect drink under our bartender’s guidance. This is Sicily, served on a platter and in a glass.
