Brilliant - We did two tours with this company, on the whale watching trip saw orcas, humpbacks and Stellar sealions. Guide very knowledgeable and helpful. Also did Bute inlet bear watching, saw 8 grizzlies, couldn't believe how close we were to them. Also saw orcas and humpbacks on the journey

Enjoyable experience even in the rain - We booked the 8 a.m. whale and wildlife tour. There were just four of us on the twelve passenger boat, which made it very comfortable and easy to get around. There were six seats up top on the boat, so we all could sit up there as long as we wanted. It was a windy rainy morning, but it was very comfortable inside the cabin. Tyler W was a very knowledgeable and friendly captain and tour guide. We learned a lot about the area from him. We saw a few humpback whales, seals, and some sea birds. Despite Tyler's best efforts (and he did cover a lot of area and stayed in contact with other boaters) we did not see orcas or bears. The office staff were very personable and friendly. There is paid parking near their office. It takes either coins or an app called Honk Mobile to pay for the parking. We did not know this ahead of time, and had to download the app when we parked. Not a major hassle, just a bit of a surprise. I would definitely book with this company again if I was in the area.

Must do on Vancouver island - Fantastic day out! Becks, our guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We were able to see a pod of orca and 2 humpback whales! Among numerous other wildlife such as bald eagles and sea lions. Really well organised. Must do when visiting Vancouver island.

Amazing whale watch covered boat trip - Lovely friendly crew - Alex and Caitlin who took us out to see 3 pods of orcas and 2 amazing humpbacks. We saw harbour seals too. Went above and beyond to stop to see whales even though we should have been heading back to give us the best experience. Knowledgable and clearly care about the animals we viewed. Would highly recommend. For photographers there is an Inside section of boat to keep dry, an upper outside deck and you can walk round edges of boat to ensure you get fab pics. Thanks guys. Oh and …there is a toilet on the covered boat because 4 hrs is long 😂😎 bucket list stuff

Covered Boat Whale Watching - Four hour excursion is just about right for families with young children and older adults. Our guide took us on a scenic tour of the area. The networking between boat captains was particularly helpful in that if there was a whale sighting everyone knew where it was and were able to get there and observe as well. Great guide and office staff. Would certainly recommend this to others. Thank you for a memorable time!

Not as expected - The good: the captain and the guide were very professional and helpful. The bad: because the boat never get closer than 500 meters (the law requires to stay at least 200meters away) to any animal you really cannot observe them. You just imagine them based on the little you can see. It is a pity because the area has indeed wildlife but they are too far away to appreciate. All the other tour boats were much closer than us but still away approx 200 meters. 500meters versus 200meters makes a huge difference. I believe that the decision of the tour company to stay so far away from the animals is a legitimate decision but it needs to be disclosed to their clients before making the booking (as the tour prices are quite high).
