Additional Information

Camels are among the most affable and affectionate creatures you’ll ever encounter. Several of our camels are young and have undergone special training to be ridden by children, making this an ideal pick for families holidaying in Los Cabos in search of child-appropriate activities for the whole family to enjoy.

Camel Quest guides you on an adventure through the fertile El Tule oasis situated at the base of our canyon, where the flora flourishes.

Once your ride concludes, you’ll also get the chance to meet other critters such as adorable lovebirds, vibrant macaws and gentle turtles. After that, savor a cool beverage and a delicious snack at our Lion’s Den restaurant.

Have fun on the water slides or unwind in a hammock while appreciating the picturesque natural surroundings of Baja.

Fun with Camels - Isha was our tour guide. We had a very interesting overview about camels before our ride. We then rode together two by two along the coast, about 20 minutes. Isha then took us on a nature walk describing different local plants. A lot of the plants were blooming. The final part was a Mexican lunch followed by a tequila tasting. Isha was friendly, informative and delightful.

Camel ride at Wild Canyon Adventures - The staff was very friendly and punctual. The Camel tour was awesome! I loved the guides Joanna and Joab and the other guides Jair, Memo and Carlos. Also the guy who showed us the zoo was very nice. I believe they treat the animals with great care and love. Loved Sahara, the female camel!

Sahara and Aladin, a beautiful love story. - Super interesting and fun. My husband and I really sympathize with the love story of Sahara and Aladdin, the camels were rescued from a zoo and circuses, the care and affection they are given is exemplary. They are beautiful animals and knowing more about them is interesting, for example, they explained to us that in their humps they store fat and not water as we were taught in primary school, without a doubt all animals deserve our love and respect. Grateful to meet them and have an encounter with nature.

Fun Family Day at Wild Canyon - This experience was great! However, the people are what made it happen. We got a few people who were super cool sharing their experience with camels. Joanna, Joab, Leonardo are among the ones we remember, but all of them working as a team in the morning, were respectful, funny and entertaining with their knowledge of the camels and the history behind them. Fabian was awesome! He toured us around and made sure we were taken care of. For the life of us, we can't remember her name but the petite girl with some cool eyeliner who toured us around w the birds, bunnies, Crocs and guinea pigs was such a knowledgeable and loving person with all of us to help us understand their biological environment and petting the ones we could pet. We loved her! Last but not least, our staff at the bar when we stepped to eat and drink, they were so cool 😎 and super clean, fast, friendly and helpful with our extra orders. The drivers were very friendly too. They picked us up a little early but they were patient enough for us to get to the lobby. Also, thanks to Joanna/Savanna who helped us get our daughter's sweater back! This place is professional and friendly. Totally worth it. If I can say something I wish could've topped this, is a longer camel walk as we've experienced before in other tours and better photography- that was a bit disappointing and I didn't buy it but I also disagree with the overpriced amount. I also wish to have learned that there's an all day park pass to buy so you can do ALL their activities onsite for $195USD/pp. They have a lot of cool stuff.

EVERYTHING HORRIBLE!!! - The place is horrible, they don't give you time for anything, they don't have a good floor, they only have dirt, which is very uncomfortable, the prices are very expensive, the food they sell like popsicles, etc., horrible, they don't taste like anything better for that, like air, the only thing that is very appreciated is the service
