An Incredible Experience! - Punting in Cambridge is breathtaking & Rutherford’s is top notch! Blankets on board kept us warm on a very cold morning. Our handsome & friendly tour guide gave us a fantastic history of the colleges and bridges we passed, as well as helpful tips for the remainder of our stay.

Punting in Cambridge- must do! - Great way to see the universitues, colleges & the sights via the river! Thank you for the fun tour - while it wasn’t sunny we were comfortable in the punt & had an extra blanket - bonus - less busy than during the sunnier months - I’ll be back

Fantastic tour. Better than we had expected. - This tour was a fantastic addition to our university tour. The view to the Volleges and university from the Garden/court side was amaizing. Very impressiv. The young man, our guide was very polite and had answeared our every question. Has a lot of knoledge. The tour surpassed our expectations.

Excellent and interesting gondola ride with Rutherford’s Punting Company!! - We had a fantastic time on the gondola boat guided by our guide Toby from Rutherford’s Punting Company. He knew a lot to tell about the sights, about the local history, and was a very funny guy. He made the gondola ride interesting and enjoyable. Very sympathetic guy with a sense of humor.

Fun + good value for money - We had a great time! Our punter/guide was both entertaining and informative, and the prices are much better value than many of the other punting companies in Cambridge.

Outstanding - Instead if shared punt, i was given a private boat with Andy, the punter/guide.
The weather was lovely and Andy was great company.
He explained all the history of Cambridge university. And as I was alone in the boat, he gave me full attention and answered all my queries

Kind punter, beautiful views of the colleges by the river and interesting stories behind the bridges on the river Cam. - My first time punting experience was surreal. My guide cum punter (unfortunately I don't remember his name) was an amazing chap and narrated a few interesting stories. It is a must do activity if you are in Cambridge.

Mother's Day Punt 2024. - Really enjoyed our punting tour, apart from the rain! The tour guide was very informative and it lasted about 40 minutes up the river and then back down! Shared the boat with another family but we sat on the other side so it was more private than I thought.
