Wonderful tour - Trying to do Boston in a half day is quite a challenge, but our guide Henry was up to the task. He was friendly and quite knowledgeable and had unique insights that only a true local would know. Great experience!

Tour changed on me - The Private tour was cancelled so we were put on a group van. Also, please note that you keep sending this to the wrong name. Ann Flanagan! is correct. I am waiting for a partial refund for the change in tour. Ann Flanagan

Disappointed - We were supposed to have a VIP luxury 7 passenger Mercedes Van for our VIP tour of Boston. We had 6 adults in our party so needless to say when we met our tour guide and I he explained that the larger vehicle we were supposed to have was unavailable and we ended up with a Chrysler Pacifica we were very disappointed. Six adults and the tour guide were cramped in the small van for the tour. We tried to get a hold of Viator but were not able to reach them. The Harbor tour was good and our tour guide was very friendly
and knowledgeable yet I doubt anyone in the tour will use Viator again or advise anyone else to either.
