- Dress appropriately for the weather and consider layering clothes on cool days.
- Be prepared for the possibility of getting wet during water-related activities. Wear shoes or sandals that can get wet or go barefoot.
- Apply sunscreen with an appropriate SPF or wear long-sleeved shirts and pants if sensitive to sun exposure.
- Wear hats and sunglasses to protect from sun glare.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early for waivers.
Any bookings that must be canceled will be credited for a future service unless other arrangements are made with the operator. This rain check is redeemable all season long and is transferable to others. If you do not reach out to cancel within 2 hours of the rental or activity, you will forfeit the booking, and no credit will be issued.
The operator will be the sole judge of cancellations due to weather. They will only cancel for thunderstorms (lightning), high winds, downpours, or any other conditions we deem unsafe. They do not cancel activities for light rain. A full refund or credit will be given if the operator cancels an activity. This refund policy does not apply to rental equipment delivered to your location.
