Great Place For Animal Lovers!! Family and Children Friendly!! - We are a couple with our senior mother from Hong Kong. We are so pleased with our guide Mr. Wanna. He is very nice, patient and knowledgable for history. He was very flexible with timing and our needs because we were traveling during the hottest time in Cambodia, we needed to take some breaks for our 70 yrs old mother. Mr. Wanna was so patient and Kulen was such a wonderful experience for us. We love animals and would never ride on them, Kulen was such a sanctuary for the retired elephants, the elephants are so happy there. I highly recommended this activity for children/couple/family/ animal lovers.

Wonderful excursion with a very knowledgeable and kind guide - Seila was a wonderful guide. We were the only couple in his transport and boat ride, but that may differ on the amount of bookings. At the Elephant camp our guide is only allowed at the beginning and he took wonderful pictures of us. In the camp you join a larger group, around 20, that is led by an on-site guide. The boat ride as spectacular, but as it is dry season the floating village was large dwellings on poles. Seila stopped whenever we asked for pictures and shops. We also took all back roads to the destinations where Margery groups take the main road. These gave us a better understanding of rural Cambodia. Don’t sweat the small stuff. This is your excursion.

Wonderful experience! - What a wonderful experience! The elephants are well cared for and allowed to live in their natural environment. We prepared a snack for the elephants, then fed both the snack and bananas to the them. We walked with them in the forest, watched them cool off in the stream then get dirty again with a dust bath. Back to the main area for a snack with the elephants milling in the background, then to the washing area to hide them off. Kia was our guide and did a great job.

Naturalistic excursion not to be missed. - Beautiful experience. About 30 km away from Siem Reap and the road is not the flattest😀😀😀😀. Once you arrive at the park headquarters you must (whoever wants) provide food for the elephants. After kneading bananas, flour and water we set off with one of their guides and having found the first three elephants we gave them the prepared food. Elephants are not very delicate in taking food from our hands. Afterwards we continue for a walk with the beasts and we can see what the elephants actually do in the state of freedom. They tear up the grass, leaves, branches, enter the lakes, wash themselves, play.."? All very interesting and beautiful. At the end of the tour, an excellent lunch is offered. Returned to Siem Reap in the afternoon. Don't miss this excursion.

Awesome way to spend a day in Siem Reap! - Excellent tour with lovely, local tour guide. Wanna (our tour guide) was exceptional, hospitable and had a lot of knowledge of the area. It was very comfortable travelling between the forest and floating village and cold water provided.

A beautiful experience! - We loved our visit to Cambodia. The people are very warm, and the views are beautiful! There are so many cultural and natural similarities with India. The elephant sanctuary is peaceful, was a beautiful experience walking with them. Our guide was also very helpful and great to talk to.

A day to remember at Kulen National Park! - What an amazing day! Our driver Bunhak was so knowledgeable and friendly, including talking to children, picking up rubbish at Kulen National Park, and sharing tips for the rest of our stay. The Elephant sanctuary was fantastic, Kulen Mountain - especially the reclining Buddha - wonderful, and the Kulen waterfalls and cliff tops spectacular. We loved the whole day. Totally worth it and highly recommended

Magical morning with elephants - unforgettable experience! - Incredible experience for the whole family, we'd highly recommend this. A hour's drive from Siem Reap to the elephant sanctuary, where you get to meet and walk with elephants and learn all about them. A really good example of eco tourism at its best.

Good tour, however there were some issues - Seeing the elephants was amazing, and the provided lunch was delicious! However, the title of this is misleading, as we were not part of a private tour at the elephant santurary, but rather in a very large public group with over ten other people (who were not part of our group). Additionally, contact with the tour provider was limited. In saying that, our tour guide, Taho, at the elephant santurary was very good and had excellent communication skills.

DISAPPOINTING - To all elephant enthusiasts who think they will see elephants in their natural environment and unfortunately that is not the case!!! So yes we don't ride the elephants but you can touch them, they pose so you can photograph them, they are in single file waiting for you and walking at your disappointing pace!!!! Regarding the boat visit on the lake "A FLUE" the agency does not tell you that in this season very little water, that you navigate between the waste rarely seen such a dirty site, may involve the sinners by paying them a little money so that they clean their environment which without the waste could be magnificent. on the lake restaurant boats are there with a pledge placed in the lake so that you can photograph crocodiles which when you see the size of the cage easy to imagine these poor crocodiles piled on top of each other deplorable!!! Obviously I refused to go on this boat.
