Highlights

Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias - Spend some time wandering among some of the largest living organisms on the planet. With our guides, you’ll go deep into learning about these amazing trees and how they’ve adapted to live in this very special place.
Taft Point - We’ll hike out to Taft Point, a short hike that affords absolutely amazing views of the Yosemite Valley. The last part of our hike will truly test your nerve as you step over the fissures - massive cracks in the granite under our feet - and then walk right up to the edge of the vertical cliff face. Not feeling like testing your fear of heights? No sweat, you can hang back and take in the views far from the edge!
Sentinel Dome - Our next stop is a hike up Sentinel Dome. Most of the hike is a mild uphill, but the last few hundred feet is a scramble to the top of this unique formation. You’ll certainly feel on top of the world when you get there, though, and see the 360 degree views as you look down on features like Yosemite Falls and El Capitan!
Glacier Point - We’ll stop at Glacier Point to take in even more amazing vistas and spend some time in the visitor center. Your guide will share fascinating information about the park’s geology on s short walk, and you can take some free time to get your final mementos (and maybe even some ice cream)!

Embark on a journey that draws you into the heart of the park. Our leading experts are skilled naturalists, botanists, geologists, historians and, most crucially, endlessly inquisitive! This isn’t just a visual expedition, it’s a day dedicated to exploration and connection.

This adventure encompasses brief treks to Taft Point, the Fissures and Sentinel Dome, a stopover at Glacier Point, and a brief amble in Mariposa Grove either at the commencement or conclusion of the day. You’ll traverse roughly 6 miles throughout the day across gentle to moderate trails, absorbing a vast range of scenery - many boasting panoramic views of the park from elevated perspectives.

The group size is limited to 8 individuals. If you’re reserving more than 4 places, please request a private tour. Should the minimum number of reservations not be met, participants will be given the option to either convert the tour to a private one for an extra fee, or cancel for a full refund.

Fantastic tour! - I had a great time on the Yosemite national park tour! Malo was a wonderful tour guide! She had great knowledge of the park and kept us laughing too throughout the day. She also customised the itinerary to people in the tour group (we all only had one day in the park so she squeezed in another stop on the tour so we could make the most of it). A stunning area, well worth it!!
