- DCAFE - We’ll gather at Jairo Varela Square to dive into the vibrant salsa culture of Cali. The lively colors and joyful atmosphere will set the stage for our adventure. We’ll witness a dance show, learn some Cali salsa and choke sauce steps, engage in interactive activities with our artists, and enjoy recreational activities and special areas for children, including a picnic spot and prime photo opportunities. Transportation will bring you back to Jairo Varela Square around 7 pm.
