Great tour - This was a great tour - wouldn’t be able to fault it. The places we visited were beautiful, the driver/tour guide (Alston) was knowledgeable of the areas, informative and ensured people completed their booked optional add ons, he spoke in both English and Mandarin; absolutely everything he said was translated into the respective languages - accomodating for everyone onboard. We were given enough time at each stop - he was adamant (but polite) on punctuality, which personally I preferred that. Overall, it was a good day!

Excellent Experience - The bubble in the lake is very amazing. The day we went is cold, so we stayed there only 40 mins, but the bubble is so magic, it is a place worth visiting。 By the way, the tour guide is very nice, gave us enough explanation along the way.

Lake Louise experience! - I loved this tour! Especially appreciated the 3 hours at lake Louise! Honestly that's a magnificent place, so unique! I would definitely love to stay here for all day.. but still) I managed to do both ice skating (you need to try!!) And horse sleight! A little annoying-the big group and spending so much time stopping at different hotels(

Winter Banff bubbles tour - Just giving some feedback about the tour guide. We got stuck in the snow for almost 3 hours and he had no idea how to get us out. In the first half an hour while we all tried to push and shovel snow from near the tyres, he kept revving the car and spinning the tyres deeper and deeper whole everybody yelled at him to stop. Eventually one of the guests took over the driving. He also ripped off wooden planks from a nearby hut in the hope of providing some grip for the wheels, which I guess he was trying to be helpful but I feel that was totally not ok. While I can laugh about the experience now, in hindsight it could have been very dangerous and I think your tour guides should be trained to drive in the snow, and trained on how to get out if stuck. I would suggest in future carrying sand or kitty litter in the van in case it gets stuck. The whole group helped for 3 hours and 2 visiting cars also helped us. Which is how we eventually got out. We then carried on the tour and managed to get everything done which was awesome. But I do think I need to leave that feedback so in future, your guides are specifically trained for road conditions.

N/a - When there's few reviews, there's reason. It's quite reasonable but I would not recommend you if you have expectation.
