Grater service - Since our trip was at the end of November , May of the winter activities at lake Louise were not yet running . Our guide made up for it by taking g us to additional site to take pictures and walk around . He was a great tour guide . My 4 year old daughter stayed behind on the Johnston Canyon walk , and I’m glad she did . Very hard for little kids to do

Wonderful tour and good driver - The driver, Mr. David Dong, was a nice and helpful guy. At the time of meeting point, he drove a bit further to meet me at the nearby McDonald's where I was taking breakfast. He was very willing to take photos for me. The driving skill was good and safe. All in all, I had had a wonderful day to Banff in this tour.

A decent average tour - The tour was good in general. We did all that was included but in general the guide was not very energetic. We lost time waiting for some of the other passengers, and at the end that affected the whole trip.

Lovely scenery not much else - Our tour guide did not know a lot about our tour. She was on time and a good driver but did not really engage with us about the sights .
