Great day in Calgary. - Our day trip with Tina was excellent all the way. She has a lovely friendly manner and is very knowledgeable on her subject and other things around it. We had lots of fun visits and plenty of information to go away with as well as some friendly conversations on topics of interest. I would not hesitate to recommend this tour.

Educational tour. - I loved the walking tour very educational. Our tour guide Tina tried to show all the nice places downtown. The only thing I didn’t like was maneuvering lots of stairs. Just be ready to do 5 k . This is not for older people if you’re not fit. Would recommend this to all though.

Excellent walking tour giving a full history of Calgary and thorough explanation of buildings and signage. - Excellent experience. We had Caitlin as our tour guide and throughout she tailored information to the interests of our group. Weather was gorgeous which possibly helped and a lot of buildins/signage were explained and a thorough history of Calgary was given. Well worth the 30 dollar payment suggested and we actually paid slightly over due to our fabulous experience.

Just a tweak here & there - We started a little late due to some people not arriving, only to find them at the office - when we walked past - so they were able to join us. Not sure why but we were advised to sign the waiver if we hadn’t already- I honestly thought this would have been in their system and they would have asked the people who hadn’t signed to do so (?). We started the tour, there was a lot of information provided, we had loads of photo opportunities. Our tour guide had an ‘apprentice’, who was listening to everything as well. I can appreciate that we had a large group, but, sometimes the tour leader would wander off and not advise the group to where we were going, he would also impart information when not all of the group had arrived. Overall I did enjoy the walking tour, they just need to tweak it a little so everyone is included in the experience.

Thoroughly disappointed. - The guide did not turn up, we went to toonie office who could not give us a guide. I sent a message to your app and have not had a reply. We had taxis in/ out. Thoroughly disappointed especially as leaving for the UK tomorrow. We self guided but only using Google. Still have had no explanation why the tour did not happen. Have given one star for ease of getting onto the tour and feel that I have been very generous. The other woman on the tour was claiming her Uber as we left the office. Peter
