Highly recommended! - Very nice experience, everyone loved it:) Booked through our tour operator and paid less compared to prices from other providers on the internet. The process on site as well as the guide was very good, we could not have imagined better and can only recommend it to everyone.

Awesome experience! - The jetski trip was awesome. Lady at the office was very friendly and polite, the guide was also very good. We were able to swim very fast, but everything was organised very safely. The jetski was in good condition. The guide took us many good photos, so we could have a souvenir from this experience. Highly reccomend, it was well worth the price!

Completely successful experience! - We had a wonderful day and all around great experience with the booked jet ski tour. The group was nice and small and our guide very attentive! You felt in very good hands and the first time jet skiing was super fun. We would definitely come back!

A highlight in our holiday, I can only recommend - Jet skiing was a lot of fun. You get a good introduction to the jet ski. Spoken in English. You can also go really fast. You are traveling in a group of 4 participants. Changes can be made from halfway along the route.

Ideal for beginners. - Nice jetski tour ideal for beginners, we were taken out to the jetskis by boat and given a quick intro on riding them before setting off to the Caves of Arta. The views were amazing and you're able to spread out a bit and go fast. Had a nice swim stop on the way back as well. Instructor/Tour Guide was good.

Awesome jet ski trip on the open sea! - Just perfect! You can book online and the staff on site was extremely nice! Then you take a boat out to sea for 2 minutes, get a short instruction about the jet skis and can simply sail on the open sea! It was just beautiful and is highly recommended with this provider! Never had such a great jet ski experience!

Unprofessional - We booked the jet ski tour at Moncey and unfortunately were very disappointed. Communication was very difficult (no German, only through mobile phone translators). My son initially got a life jacket that was way too small and pressed right on the scar – he got part of his kidney removed. Only after I showed the scar was another life jacket reluctantly issued. The lighter lady at the reception acted very disrespectfully, while the dark-haired lady fortunately intervened in a friendly and professional manner and solved the problem – without her we would have stopped the tour. The tour itself took place despite the orange warning level and extremely high waves – far too dangerous for beginners. Although the guide kept going back and asking if everything was okay, he also pointed out if you were driving too close or had to wait for slower participants. Nevertheless, the process was not very professional: on the one hand, constant braking, and on the other, unnecessary feats of self-profiling. This slowed down the fun rather than making the tour safe and fluid. Photos were taken, but only lovelessly – you could buy them for 15 €. Taking your own phone was strictly forbidden, which I personally found very annoying. In other countries like Turkey or Tunisia, you get much better Service, sometimes with drone footage or GoPro videos. Conclusion: Two stars because it was still fun in the end and the dark-haired lady was very nice and professional. The rest was unprofessional, dangerous and not recommended.
