Seemed to be where Egyptians might go for a cheap massage - The people were friendly but the photo did not match the old Egyptian hotel where the brought me for service. Could not communicate with masseuse. They encouraged me to upgrade for $60. Could not understand basis. Got half a massage. Then steam room with coffee potion and loofah. Giant crocs for slippers that were oily, one could fall. People very good and nice. Service was weird. At the end they wanted to film me saying it was good and I did because I liked the people. They should just charge $60 more than listed price if they have a better facility. This is the only Viatour I have been on that has not met usual standard of excellence. Driver prompt and communicative. For $121 I paid I expected something like the Mena House spa, which was the same price!
