Worth every penny ! - Excellent trip! Would 100% recommend this tour for anyone time poor and based on Cairo for their trip! We were a little hesitant to make the journey as it is a big day but the whole thing was amazing and so worth it! Mahmoud isa and our driver abano looked after us from the start to the very end. Great one day trip from Cairo to Luxor - The tour was very well organized from getting us from our hotel in Cairo to the airport to Luxor airport arrival and the whole itinerary. Salma was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and fun to be in her company. Highly recommended.

Easy-to-understand English, one-time driver - The guide's English is easy to understand and the places you visit are well explained. It also gives me a lot of free time. They take pictures too. Also, there are so many drivers that it's really lean.

Flights not guaranteed - After booking an available next-day tour on Viator, I was contacted by the operator stating that flights are no longer available and was offered to postpone. Viator shouldn’t offered tours that they can’t guarantee. Additionally I noticed that while the description said the tour started at 6am and estimated 14 hours. Based on the flight scheduled the and time you have to get up for airport pickup (4am) and return flight (10pm at your hotel), this is more like an 18 hour event from door-to-door. Both Viator and the company receive we helpful as I was able to request a refund after contacting Viator via chat, and had no issues with the refund approval. 3-stars for the varying inaccuracies in the tour duration and availability.
