Mostly on our own - The GEM met our expectations. The tour was not conducted by Viator but by a GEM employee. It was open to the public. We thought the Viator rep would be with us on the tour. Secondly, we did not get the official admission tickets until 25 minutes after we got there. Created a panic on our part as the Viator had left us. Basically Viator provided taxi service and a delayed ticket delivery. The rep did not have good English speaking abilities either. That being said, walking thru the grand hall was a great experience. Can’t wait for the whole museum to open in 2024.
